Reported repairs 3 months ago still no repairs done by landlord all I get told is to wait plus Louise said we could have electric cooker only to find out that there was no connection for it having to pay landlord 200 for this to be done shocking it should be Louise that pays for it not us

A local agency organising accommodation and working with landlords to provide accommodation maintenance. They offer a friendly service and are very knowledgeable about the local area. The staff are very flexible in their approach and accept cash still.

Estate Agent did not carry out checks efficiently or correctly. Chain collapsed and was informed buyers buyer was a cash buyer, which they were not and did not have the funds. They had to rely upon the sale of the property which I was never informed of. You can never get in touch with anyone either. Stay clear.
