Dealing with Davis & Gibbs over a year and they never disappoint me. I have five stars + more for Brian gibbs as he has been extremely patient for my sometime late payment :)) pleasant and always willing to help Balham office provides great service, always on time, fully prepared, finds me the flat to my requirements. I no longer waste my time with other estate agents.

I am absolute appalled by the service we have received from the agency. They have taken our money and refuse refund. They are highly unprofessional and phone calls generally go unanswered or end in the agent hanging up on us after raising his voice. They do not no how to communicate or carry them self. Like another, this company has left me writing my frist ever review, I should have looked up the reviews before signing a contract with this company who lack the skills to handle and deal with customers and organise property and themselves. I wouldn't even rate them one star. Disgusting work.

We had a viewing with Sean today, he went above and beyond and even organised additional viewings within our price range and budget. Made the whole moving stress a lot more at ease, would highly recommend.. by far the best customer service experienced with an estate agent!

Sean was so helpful in securing the flat that I wanted. A really kind, personable service that you may not find at other estate agents.
