27th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

Paul got me the result I needed without too much difficulty. He also managed to smooth out numerous bumps in the road along the way. Thanks very much Paul.
29th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Mrs Azra has been very helpful and courteous to me and my partner as we were trying to purchase a property. Unfortunately, the purchase did not happen for personal reasons and decisions, nothing to do with the vendor or the very beautiful property they were selling. But Mrs Azra has been helpful and graceful in this circumstances also, never treating us any different for changing our minds and offering to help with whatever we needed propertywise in the future. It was such a lovely experience to meet her. We wish her all the good luck in her career! May many customers enjoy her assistance!

18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Yet another 5 star experience with Coopers. Having bought and sold several houses over the last 15 years, Coopers have been by far the best estate agency we have used. We recently moved houses within Ickenham and the communication was excellent, every step of the way. Special thanks To Russell Jones, as usual he was incredibly responsive at all hours and even on his days off. This is exactly what we look for in an agent, and we will undoubtedly be using Russell and Coopers again. Thanks to everyone at Coopers for selling our house at the best possible price.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He was always responsive and took the time to answer all of our various questions. His professionalism and friendly approach made everything feel smoother and less stressful than we expected. We are very grateful for his support and would not hesitate to work with him again.

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. From start to finish, George has been exceptional. In what was a complex and at times high-pressure chain, he remained completely on top of every moving part. His communication was outstanding, always clear, proactive, and timely, and he consistently went above and beyond to keep momentum going when things could easily have stalled. What really sets George apart is his ability to combine professionalism with genuine care. He understood how important this move was for us and handled everything with a level of attention and commitment that is frankly rare. He chased when needed, reassured when things felt uncertain, and navigated challenges with calm confidence. Without George, this would not have come together as smoothly as it did. He was instrumental in getting us to exchange, and we’re incredibly grateful for his hard work and dedication. 2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings. Thank you so much for making what could have been a difficult process such a positive one.
