Wow wow! Kevin&Co is the best state agent in the area and I know what I am talking about as had experience with others. We were previously let down as agents tried to undervalue our property to make a quick sale or we tried I am sold which was total disaster. But with Kevin and his team it was totally different experience. They really aim at doing good deal for both the Seller And the Buyer. They know the market, they position the property in the right niche for the right customer and they will make your property match exactly to the needs of a person who looks for a home like this. Not come across property agents so inefficient.
I had no intention of using Kevin & Co for selling my house as I already was planning on using Douglas Allen or Haart but I thought I would try.
The agent that showed me another property to buy encouraged to use them but despite agreeing a date and time through WhatsApp, he never turned up to value my house.
When I called to chased, he was not even aware he booked me in!
The excuse he gave me was he was busy moving offices.
He did not even apologise when I told him this was unprofessional. I wasted half a day.

Successfully let our property through Kevin & Co from this month. After seeing many five star reviews, I was calling Kevin & Co around 11.00 am. On the same day evening, 4.00 pm, Krishna came and inspected the property. Krishna is helpful and have much knowledge in this field. When I prayed for an angel, God sent me Kevin. Kevin went above and beyond to help me find somewhere to live on a Saturday night and helped me move all my stuff on Sunday with his own car. He also made sure the place he found for me was nice and I would feel comfortable there. If you need to find a house to buy or rent, speak to Kevin & Co and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

I had been looking for a property to rent for a long time, agents would take my details and I wouldn’t hear back. Whilst I was looking, I was staying on my friends couch and working irregular shifts.
I got through to Kevin, at he first told me about the help to buy scheme which I wasn’t aware of and then he began his search in looking for a place for me. He catered everything to my work schedule and really made sure I was well looked after throughout my journey. When he arranged viewings for me I’d meet him at the office and he would personally drive me to all the viewings instead of sending me the address and meeting there. After viewing many properties he helped me find my perfect home, as he knew my situation was urgent he made sure that the moving in process was super quick and efficient.
