Wow wow! Kevin&Co is the best state agent in the area and I know what I am talking about as had experience with others. We were previously let down as agents tried to undervalue our property to make a quick sale or we tried I am sold which was total disaster. But with Kevin and his team it was totally different experience. They really aim at doing good deal for both the Seller And the Buyer. They know the market, they position the property in the right niche for the right customer and they will make your property match exactly to the needs of a person who looks for a home like this. Also we were amazed how many potential buyers Kevin sent through our door. They Really worked hard and as a result we sold the house at exactly our asking price to a customer who really liked the house and was excited about it.
