Throughout the process of buying our home in Preston, we were always impressed and supported by the whole DOMVS team. Not only were we supported during the buying, exchange and completion tasks, the team went above and beyond to ensure we made a happy move to the coast.
After being let down by our home contents transportation company, we arrived very late, yet a member of the DOMVS team made herself available to pass us a front door key late that evening.
I would have no hesitation recommending the DOMVS Preston office, whether I was buying or selling a home in the area.

Gabby, Nicky, Julie and Tim were incredibly helpful in securing a successful of our home. Through no fault of Domvs and the team, the chain became longer than hoped, but I was consistently updated and reassured of how the sale was processing throughout the entire chain.
Domvs helped us secure the house and now they have helped us sell it! I would highly reccommend the Domvs team.

Would like to say all the staff members are very professional. We were involved with selling and buying three properties at the same time. We had a few issues as you can imagine but was handed by Nicky and the team very helpful. If we ever do move again I would not hesitate to use DOMVS again can’t rate them highly enough.

Im so glad I sold my late fathers property through DOMVS. The team from Laura and Gabby through to end of sales Nicky and Marcus were absolutely fantastic during a difficult time for myself and family. Overall the purchase went smoothly and Domvs were helpful when needed.
Only irritant was the first sales agent we dealt with scooted off on holiday without passing the file over to someone else, so we had to re-submit the required documentation again, after that it ran smoothly.
Would we use them to sell, probably.

The team were fantastic at sorting out our purchase - despite it being quite a complicated and drawn our process negotiating with the seller. Special thanks to Nicky who undertook a lot of the negotiation with the seller. But thanks also to Gabby and Marcus and everyone else who got involved in trying to get this sale/purchase across the line! Would definitely recommend DOMVS to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a good team who work to be fair with both buyer and seller alike.
