The valuation was given on a market value which isn't accurate. It felt like they tell you what a buyer want to hear but they don't actually put in the work and don't work Iin the best interest of their client. They don't listen to what a buyer or seller tell them about the property or bother to negotiate on their clients behalf.

Halima showed us around a property, she offered good insight into the condition, history and reason for sale. Had good knowledge of the local area too. Unfortunately this property wasn't for us but she continues to be a great help in our search.

From the very beginning, he really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to visualise the type of property that would be right for me and my family.<br><br>What really stood out was that Will didn’t make me feel like he was only focused on the seller. He genuinely cared about me as a buyer too, listened to what was important to me, and went above and beyond to help.<br><br>He’s incredibly friendly, personable and approachable, and dealing with him has been such a refreshing experience. I honestly wish every estate agent was like Will!<br><br>Thank you for making what can be such a stressful process feel so much more positive. You’re a credit to the profession! I hope I find my dream house with you x
