I would like to thank Steven Pender for his outstanding work in completing the sale of my father's house. This was a complex sale from the outset but Steven worked tirelessly with 3 sets of solicitors and the buyers, plus the agents that my dad was purchasing his next property from to push the sale through and keep all parties on board and communicating. There were various challenges throughout the process but Steven was on top of all issues driving through solutions and keeping my dad informed at all times.
