I approached Bernard Skinner, a well established family run estate agency, initially to obtain a valuation on my property. I felt I was given good advice, that the valuation was appropriate and my views were taken into account. I enquired as to how long it would take should I decide to put my property on the market, expecting it to be a few weeks. I was informed that after photographs being taken the following Monday the property would be on the market the next evening. I trusted the estate agent completely, choosing not to be at viewings, which followed immediately and accepted an offer in less than a week. The whole process was very smooth and professionally dealt with throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Bernard Skinner to anyone looking to sell and in fact already have!

We had an extremely good experience with Bernard Skinner. The service was very professional and we were updated on a weekly basis, and received all correspondence promptly. In particular, we were pleased with the service provided by Steven Pender, who was the negotiator for our sale; Steven is a highly experienced estate agent, who offered sound advice and steered us successfully through the process.
