Bernard Skinner were professional throughout. They provided an excellent advert of our home and sent only seriously interested potential buyers to see the house. We sold just prior to Christmas and completed/moved on March 24th. I would like to thank you for completing the sale of my parents property

In particular I would like to commend your negotiator Steven Pender. This was not an easy sale and there were difficulties throughout.

Steven worked so hard, he was professional throughout, dealing with the buyer, their Solicitors and my solicitors. I understand this is his job but it was the manner in which he dealt with the sale that was outstanding. They are retired people and have lived in their property for 50 years so it was always going to be emotional but the kindness and consideration shown to them throughout, made a difficult period so much easier.
