We sold just prior to Christmas and completed/moved on March 24th. I approached Bernard Skinner, a well established family run estate agency, initially to obtain a valuation on my property. I felt I was given good advice, that the valuation was appropriate and my views were taken into account. I enquired as to how long it would take should I decide to put my property on the market, expecting it to be a few weeks. I was informed that after photographs being taken the following Monday the property would be on the market the next evening. I trusted the estate agent completely, choosing not to be at viewings, which followed immediately and accepted an offer in less than a week. The whole process was very smooth and professionally dealt with throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Bernard Skinner to anyone looking to sell and in fact already have!
