I can’t applaud Matthew’s communication enough, I spotted the property on the Saturday morning, reached out and arranged to view after work Monday evening, Matthew was warm without being too involved. He met me and my daughter at the property and showed us round, the owners had left us to it and Matthew allowed us to explore the property, he was on hand for any questions I had. Matthew called the next morning for our feedback, I asked on how I could make an offer, his advise was just what I needed to hear and put forward my opening offer, a couple of offers were submitted on my behalf and by early afternoon we had an agreement. Matthew said leave it to me I’ll be back in touch in a few days, true to his word he reached out to me with the next steps etc etc. I was that impressed by how reassuring and trustworthy Matthew was I asked him to sell my property. He came to visit me at our then home, we had an honest discussion and he gave me a sensible valuation on the spot which is what I wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever, he said if we put yours on at that price, expecting a potential purchaser to offer a reasonable price then I think it will sell quickly. We had 3 people come to visit, within 2 weeks of my home being on the market it sold. We have been in our new property for about a month now, just finishing off the final bits of selling my old home but Matthew still reaches out to me to keep me informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew or his company to anyone, very professional on all our dealings, his team are also lovely, professional and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 on all parts from start to finish. I sold my house and bought through Sarah at Ewe Move. Initially we had to move quickly as my house wasn't on the market when i made an offer on a house. Sarah was super efficient and had it listed withing the week. I was so pleased that we didn't have to do any viewings, Sarah updated me after each one and followed up with the potential buyers quickly keeping me informed at each step and my house sold quickly. Unfortunately, my move wasn't the most straight forward and took 15 months to complete. Sarah was amazing throughout this time and supported us through the practicalities of the process but also emotionally through the ups and downs. Sarah went above and beyond for me and my family. The photos, video and write-up were high quality and they took the time to know our property. They didn't disappoint, selling our house quickly, above asking and to a solid buyer. The only way to find out just how professional and leaders in their field EweMove are is to instruct them for your house sale/purchase and you'll have your answer, just like I did. I'm not being paid $ to write this; I'm not getting a discount or a bottle of fizz; but what I am getting is satisfaction knowing that I'm writing a review for a company that from start to finish delivered exactly what they said and did it with style, patience, understanding, humour and above all professionalism. My property sold within 4 days and I believe that was down to how fabulously it was presented with images and truthful descriptions as well as friendly viewing service provided. The service we received was nothing less than impeccable. When looking at different agents to value the house, we ended up choosing EweMove because of Paul's genuine, honest conversations with us about what we could expect to sell for. We felt comfortable and confident that Paul was going to do exactly as promised to get the best for us, and he did. Paul's service was personal and he dealt with everything from start to finish himself. He produced a fabulous video tour of the house and some professional photography which showed our house in the best light possible (when compared to other agents pictures we've seen when scanning Rightmove, these pictures were amazing). He used an open house type approach which made the process of finding a buyer quick and easy and got us multiple offers all in one day. He pushed to get the best price possible for us but also guided us to be realistic in choosing the right buyer. From the valuation to accepting an offer, it was a speedy process and we got a price we were super happy with. Even throughout our journey to purchase our next house, Paul was supportive and went beyond his duty by giving us honest advice in relation to the house we wanted to buy too. Another thing that made it such an easy process was that he was available on the phone to speak to directly when needed, which feels like a bonus when it's so difficult to get anyone on the phone these days. All in all, I don't think we could have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for someone who will work hard to sell their house for them. Firstly contacted Paul at Ewemove more then a year ago in relation to renting a property. After a show around and small interview we was successful in getting the rented house. Many months down the line, Paul contacted ourselves with the opportunity of purchasing this property and making that first step onto the property ladder. Here I now am a few short months after that phone call, writing this review from my OWN HOME. I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for Paul at this company. The professionalism & determination in chasing solicitors, liaising with the seller and even their solicitors, making calls and writing emails well past normal office hours. He makes recommendations for the marketing strategy, but does not impose anything on you, instead guiding you through the options. Paul takes care of the viewings for you and always follows up promptly to obtain feedback. Although we didn't make an offer on this property he agreed to keep us informed of other houses that may be more suitable. He knew we were visiting with other Estate Agents and wished us luck with our search and informed us that even if he we bought from someone else he was willing to visit and offer advice, he also explained how he could help us to find tenants and manage the property for us if required.
