Met Edward when we were looking for our new home back in 2020 and ended up asking him to let out our flat instead after the viewing! Highly recommended. We wouldn't use another agent in this area and neither should you.

Edward’s customer service is second to none, in a time where most of letting agencies act like cow boys he has been tremendous in his ways to facilitate house viewing. It didn’t work out at the end but has nothing to do with him. A real pleasure to work with and very professional. Wish you the best of success in your activity

Edward managed my Buy to Let Property and was also the agent I used for selling it. The service was exceptional, way above anything I'd experienced with other agents. Edward was always very courteous, professional and helpful and had a wealth of knowledge about the local area, and the lettings and sales market.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Ewe Move again and would highly recommend Edward.

I really can’t recommend Ewe Move and Edward Jarvis enough.
We initially had our house on the market with a big chain estate agent. It was listed with them for many months and we grew tired of new staff arriving not knowing the house and unable to answer potential buyers questions. Unsurprisingly we received no offers or if we did nowhere near asking price.
Edward was different.
Edward conducted every viewing himself and knew it inside and out. Any question buyers had he knew the answer.
His marketing of the property was impressive, lots high quality photographs of all the rooms and a professional looking video tour of the house.
It took Edward less than a week to sell our house and we got asking price for it which we were very happy with.
Post sale Edward was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sell and buy our new property in these unprecedented times. We were one of the lucky few.
Anyone who is planning on selling their home I would recommend Ewe Move every time.

Edward was just amazing! Would 100000% recommend! We tried a few other well know estate agents before using EweMove but didn’t have any luck selling our property so luckily finally got in touch with Edward. What’s great is he manages the whole process from taking brilliant photos, advertising the property to dealing with the buyers and solicitors. I loved the fact he shows people round for viewings, so you know its not going to be some random part timer who works for the estate agent on the weekend and who basically doesn’t care (we had a few of these when using the other estate agents). We even had a what app group so any time of the day or night you could contact him with questions and we would always get a response within minutes. Also, as its just Edward and his wife doing it all, I felt there was more incentive for him to have the property sold. From start to finish the process went smoothly, Edward was professional and an absolute delight to work with. Don't waste your time like we did trying to go with other people and just use EweMove from the get go as they are definitely the best estate agents in Wycombe (by a mile)!

Excellent. Nothing else to say really but I'll say it anyway. Edward was endlessly patient, charming and helpful. He started off giving great advice on how we might best present our house to make it as appealing as possible. Once we'd done that he took great pictures and wrote a very engaging house description. All the viewings were arranged efficiently and accompanied by Edward. He communicated feedback quickly and was happy to discuss it. Once we got offers he gave well informed advice when we asked for it, but made it clear the final decision was ours, and we felt no pressure here. Once the sale was agreed, Edward worked tirelessly to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
One other thing: Edward was very happy to offer invaluable advice about negotiating our purchase too. Edward is a franchise owner operating alone and he goes the extra mile in a way we have never experienced buying or selling before. We would recommend him unreservedly.

In Sept 2018, I was tasked with making contact with local estate agents in the High Wycombe area, in order to sadly sell my late grandmother's house. After a little research online, I came across Ewemove, High Wycombe. Edward Jarvis of Ewemove was one of three estate agents that I met with and who provided me with a market appraisal and valuation.
Edward really stood out from the other two agents. Not only with his professional approach and area knowledge, but with his expertise and skill to see scope for expansion, which not only helped achieve the right price for us as the seller, but also provided the buyer which much more information for property suitability.
Throughout the house sale process, Edward always kept us up to date with regular feedback from viewings. Viewings were even carried out on a Sunday and at short notice. Edward's photos and sale brochure particulars were far superior than his competitors in the area; well written, clear layouts (inc an external plan) and excellent photography.
It is worth mentioning that although Ewemove do not have a shop front presence - this certainly did not affect anything at all. We were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the amount of viewings arranged and carried out, all in only a few weeks, and as a result, the speed in which confirmed a sale.
All in all, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Edward Jarvis of Ewemove, High Wycombe, and if I ever had the need of selling a property again, Edward will always be my first port of call.

Not like any estate agent I've come across before! Edward from EweMove gave us the ultimate in personal service, from start to finish. He was always available (he negotiated an offer on Sunday evening!) and nothing was too much trouble. The marketing was absolutely top quality and resulted in several viewings almost immediately. He handled them all personally and was happy to meet people after work and even on Sundays. He sent us feedback immediately on WhatsApp and then followed up with a full report each week. We had agreed an offer within 3 weeks and with his constant encouragement the solcitors had done their stuff and the whole thing was done and dusted in just over 2 months. One of life's most stressful events? Not if you use EweMove!!
