I have both bought a house via Paul, and I have sold a house via Paul - surprisingly.
He was consistently 100% from start to finish. Responsive and always happy to help (even when it might be slightly out of his realm, which it often was).
The sale was long, with many many problems along the way. Paul couldn’t have acted any better throughout.
Could not recommend Paul enough.

Well as a buyer at first I was impressed how fast Mike was responding to calls and emails but once the keys were handed to us and we had few questions regarding the house to the owners Mike has totally blanked us no response from him disappointing.

We can't recommend EweMove Cleckheaton highly enough! Paul gave us his honest opinion about the market value of our house and talked us through all aspects of the sale. The whole process was transparent and we felt confident that he would secure a sale for us (we had three viewings which resulted in two offers). Paul and Demelza did the initial viewings for us, in order to gauge interest, and we showed prospective buyers round for second viewings. He was always available to give advice and feedback, responded very quickly to messages, and we were kept informed at every step of the way. Paul was happy to give advice on our purchase too. I had never sold a house before but late last year I found myself in the position of having to sell my late mother’s home.
I spoke with various estate agents and things still seemed very daunting until I contacted Ewemove and had a meeting with Paul. Everything was explained clearly to me and we discussed the best way of going about the sale.
Once the property was on the market I was kept informed with a weekly email and Paul was always very prompt in replying to any questions I had no matter how trivial.
Overall it was very reassuring having someone like that in my corner who was genuinely on my side and wanted the best deal possible.
I would certainly recommend Ewemove to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if the circumstances arose

Cannot praise Ewemove Cleckheaton enough. We have had poor experiences of estate agents in the past but our experience with Paul and Demelza was faultless. They were incredibly knowledgable and always available to give advice (even on evenings and weekends!). We had a bumpy ride with our sale and purchase but we ended up selling our home for a great price and found our perfect forever home. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

I would recommend Ewe Move Cleckheaton. Excellent communication from valuation to completion. The team were very knowledgeable and kept me updated on progress all the way. As soon I said yes everything was in place quickly and my house sold after 2 viewings.
