Been trying since yesterday to fill an application to view a house. I filled the application out multiple times for someone to speak to me with an aggressive tone saying I haven't filled the application and that 7 people are booked in. I had the same issue with another estate agent but they actually was honest and said they are not taking any more bookings. That was a full afternoon wasted trying to book a viewing. I had never sold a house before but late last year I found myself in the position of having to sell my late mother’s home. I spoke with various estate agents and things still seemed very daunting until I contacted Ewemove and had a meeting with Paul. Everything was explained clearly to me and we discussed the best way of going about the sale. Once the property was on the market I was kept informed with a weekly email and Paul was always very prompt in replying to any questions I had no matter how trivial. Cannot praise Ewemove Cleckheaton enough. We have had poor experiences of estate agents in the past but our experience with Paul and Demelza was faultless. They were incredibly knowledgable and always available to give advice (even on evenings and weekends!). We had a bumpy ride with our sale and purchase but we ended up selling our home for a great price and found our perfect forever home. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
