Just bought a flat through Foxton's (agent Gareth Jones, Clapham Branch). They really did a good job, despite the seller's solicitor being very very slow (went on holiday without telling anyone), and they made sure it all went very smoothly in the end. 5 stars.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Jack Carmichael from Foxtons Battersea recently. Even though the flat was at Brixton and was registered at the Foxtons there, Jack made the effort to come out at about half 6 on a Tuesday night to let me in and view the flat, which I ended up putting an offer on. Couldn't speak more highly of Jack and would be more than happy to deal with him again.

I had been having a stressful experience searching for a flat and dealing with many different companies and estate agents. I called Foxtons and spoke with Dinyo Dyankov, he offered to show us around a handful of properties in an evening to give us an idea of what was available. As soon as we met Dinyo he was friendly, enthusiastic and most importantly he listened to what we wanted. We had viewed countless properties before meeting Dinyo and somehow the first property he showed us was perfect. Dinyo went above and beyond his job description, he helped us put in an offer which the landlady accepted, but he also put in time outside of his normal working hours to let us view the property again to make sure we were happy and stayed in contact every step of the way to make sure we were doing everything we needed and had all the advice we could ask for. Dinyo made a very stressful situation manageable and without his help I know we wouldn't have found such a perfect flat. I would highly recommend Dinyo - if you want someone that is kind, that listens to what you want and who gives you time for all types of silly questions then go in and ask for Dinyo. You will not be disappointed.

Terrible services. We were treated so badly by Foxtons. The agents are unprofessional. We were stood up in spite of having a written confirmation. The agent didn't even call back to reschedule the appointment. We gave another go, giving Foxtons a benefit of doubt and booked in an appointment with another agent. She was even worst than the previous one. She had no idea about the market, rent prices, bills, council taxes, you name it. She misguided us on multiple occasions and stood up for the second appointment which seems to be tradition in Foxtons.

In a bind, and only a week to move. Foxtons Woking were totally on it and worked hard to make it happen - helping us find a flat we were happy with and handling a considerable amount of complex negotations and documentation in time.
