Totally appalling, arrogant and incredibly bad mannered. The lady who poses as the head of the agency must be getting kick-backs from the cleaning agency and others. Cleaning the 2 bedroom flat costs 270 £, and they charge another 165 £ for what they call a "check-out", by which a man comes for 5 minutes and does nothing but request signatures from you. I feel that this is just one big racket going on there on unprepared tourists and foreigners who do not know any better. That kind of behaviour is scandalous.

Foxton's work hard to sell your home and in my experience do a great job.

Nobody never knows anything if there are questions or problems. It's always an other department or someone else. There never there or they will not get involved. They are just the ones trying to make money as a random inbetween company.

Foxtons are very good for everything UP TO WHEN THEY'VE MADE THEIR SALE/RENT CONTRACT. Their follow-up afterwards is worse than anything I have ever seen before in my life. Their tenancy department is NOT open on weekends, which isn't convenient AT ALL. Even when you're trying to reach a person they always tell you that "That person cannot take your call at the moment". If you have an urgent request, they'll come back to you with their standard "we have a 48 hours email return policy". I wouldn't recommend Foxtons to anyone. I would actually advise people to AVOID FOXTONS. I wish I could put 0 stars rather than 1...

I am a happy landlord. In a just under a week since I first contacted Foxtons lettings in the Shorteditch branch, Daniel Fox found a selection of tenants ready to move in my loft apartment in Bethnal Green. Out of which, I picked the strongest candidates. I must point out that just prior to contacting Foxtons, their competitors had not found us a tenant in three months!!!
Foxtons process (submitting personal data, signing theTA, submitting gas certificate, ect.) is easily accessable online and it is well explained all along the way. This was particularly handy for me, as I am based in Australia.
Daniel has been professional, proactive and responsive. At times he could, peraps, be considered a bit pushie, but justifiable considering he got us a good result in record time. I'd highly recomend them.

I tend not to ever write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to. I recently sold my flat with James Redington at Foxtons Balham, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was always at the end of the phone, very dependable, honest, professional, incredibly experienced (in the local area), and above all, he genuinely cares about the client. I would recommend James to anyone in the local area looking to buy or selling a property.
