Amazing experience with Foxtons... I must admit I've had a couple of bad experiences with agencies, and the thought of finding a new house, was one that gave me an automatic headache. Well, all of that has changed. After we contacted them about a property we had seen online, which they booked a viewing for immediately-- We were contacted back with an offer to show us a couple of properties, by Mr Dinyo Dyankov. He asked us about our requirements, super friendly, and 2 days later he drove us to 4 properties, all in the same day, and that was it, we were done. The properties were exactly what we were looking for, it really felt like he had listened to our requests, staying within both the area and the price range we wanted (which does not always happen with other agencies) in one single day we had found our new home, better even than what we had imagined :). After that, Dinyo always answered our messages promptly and kept us updated, taking care of all contact with our future landlord. With immense sympathy, and efficiency, taking care of all the paperwork, everything. Made the all process almost relaxing, friendly. We will definitely contact him and Foxtons again, next time we move.

I rent from Foxtons and they went out of their way to help me in a bind when I thought my hair straighteners were left on and I was on holiday! It was really nice of them to go and do that and it was raining really hard.

Very good experience with Dinyo Dyankov. We dropped in one Saturday morning just by chance and within an hour he had put together a number of really good properties, one of which we took immediately upon seeing. After that he was very efficient and helpful with all the paperwork. Super friendly guy, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Definitely helping to give estate agents a good name. Would happily do business with him and Foxtons again.
