Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never had to deal with a property manager as incompetent as Jack Newman from the Battersea branch.
Don’t be lured in by relatively cheap prices. Many of the properties (incl the one I stayed in) are in terrible conditions that you won’t see at first sight. For example, I found out that they knew about water leaks before I moved in, lots of noise from the neighbor above and mice in the flat - they knew about all of this, but never told us. I’d avoid them, there properties and especially Jack at all costs.

Found Chene to be very responsive, accommodating, proactive and overall was glad to find someone who really listened to our housing needs and was able to assist with some very good recommendations.

I had a great experience purchasing my first property through Winkworth Battersea. I dealt specifically with Rupert who was very helpful throughout the process and a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, arranging viewings at short notice and he ensured that the transaction completed before the stamp duty holiday ended.

As first time renters we had a really good experience with Winkworth, things were dealt with very quickly. We were able to go for a viewing later than normal hours and knew whether our offer was accepted only the day after making an offer. Everything was handled very smoothly throughout the process! Hannah was fantastic! She was very pro-active, always professional, super fast and kind throughout the whole rental process. She managed all my expectations, in terms of managing timeline, communicating my numerous requests to the landlord, giving me the info I needed and even finding time so we could re-visit the flat to take measurements at a day and time that was convenient for us. And on top of that, what's special about Hannah is that she is not only a terrific agent who knows her market inside out but she is a great listener and a very kind and caring person. Renting a flat is stressful (especially when you are 8 months pregnant) but Hannah makes it really easy and stress-free for you. I would totally recommend Hannah!

Without doubt Jenny is the best at getting things done in an efficient way, as a property agent. Jenny always follows up to make sure things are getting done. Absolutely awful customer service from the sales rep George, we made multiple excuses to not take me on secondary viewings as required in the contract and did not reply to texts or emails unless it was about him receiving money.
On the final viewing he was unable to talk about the property specifics I.e water or gas and had to return to the office to find out.
Every question was met with ‘I don’t know, but will find out’ and was never answered.
Extremely poor.

This is by far the worst letting agency I have EVER experienced in my whole life. It is a SHAMBLES. Not once have they done anything according to plan and choosing them has been one huge regret. It is always one thing after another, this agency provides ZERO customer care towards their clients and are only interested in receiving money. The staff are extremely rude with having one shout at me multiple times. In addition to this, I've waited months for maintenance requests. I blame poor training of the staff and as a result of upper management being only interested in gaining money, they will be losing potential returning clients.

Myself and two friends have recently worked with a number of the Winkworth staff to secure a new letting in Clapham, and have had a very positive experience with the company.
We have primarily been in contact with Hannah who was a pleasure to deal with. She showed us round the property initially and was highly involved and present with organising the subsequent contracting and negotiation process after that.
We had a number of teething issues with resolving referencing from our previous letting company, and Hannah was very patient and pragmatic while we resolved these issues, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, we have been very impressed by the service from Winkworth, we have had difficulties with previous letting agents, so were incredibly pleased to have such a good experience with Winkworth.

I want to commend Lewis, Nick and Charlie at Winkworths Lavender Hill for an amazing job. As with all transactions, we hit bumps in the road, but at no point did these guys give up and negotiated the deal to completion masterfully. Brexit couldn't even stop them from assisting in every way. Great communication skills and a truly unbiased approach to both buyer and seller. Thank you boys. A pleasure.

I could go on for hours but Winkworth is the best. through 9 years of tenancy across London I have never felt so at home and in control when it comes to our Flat. they our everything you would wish from a landlord. efficient, quick, friendly and welcoming always ready to jump on the horse and fix any problem within in literally minutes even going way beyond the call of duty particularly with one of the team, Adam, who has fought tooth and nail to sort out a problem that technically he could have just let slip as it was to do with the really the building managers responsibility and the landlord of another flats issue to sort. despite this he did it and as soon as I got him onto the case it was sorted within days. thank you again so much for having us I have never felt so relaxed and really like I have made a home here without feeling like i am constantly being observed or untrusted to look after a home and instead trusted to get on with life and in the end that is what anyone really wants but to do it with such support is amazing and i can safely say we look forward to staying on if they will have us. in short if you can find it with Winkworth stop your search and go to your new home, they have the matt to welcome you already waiting! good luck in your search and if you have found a slice of heaven with this amazing team congratulations.
