We had try to sell our flat in SW11 last year with another agent and eventually took it off the market while we welcomed baby no. 2. Grace Martin from Chestertons kept us in mind and thought of us when the right buyer came along. Our flat under offer before we even put it on the market.
Throughout the process of selling Grace was amazing at keeping us informed and liaising with everyone (buyer, solicitors, surveyor and the bank). We felt every aspect of the sale was taken care of and as a result the process was stress free. As always with property there was some last minute drama but Grace handled it impeccably and was available up to midnight on several nights to sort it all out.
Grace also thought of us whenever potential onward properties came on the market for us. We would not go to anyone else.
