Having dealt with upwards of 7 estate agents around the area in our recent search for a rental property, I have to say the people at Chestertons stand heads and shoulders above the rest.

In particular, Zoe Birch was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, Zoe made us feel that we were in safe hands, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Anything that wasn't immediately apparent, she went to the trouble of finding out and coming back quickly with the answer and potential considerations we hadn't thought of.

Zoe negotiated the process with care, diligence and extreme efficiency. We have very high standards, and Zoe consistently delivered. She is a credit to the organisation.

If it wasn’t for the people that work at this branch I would of looked elsewhere.

Oliver Mason - An excellent agent who went the extra mile for me to make me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had - honest and professional approach was key to this service!

But perhaps the greatest asset to your company is Oscar Rowe.

Oscar is exceptional at his job - not only going above and beyond for his client - he makes you feel as if all is ok and advises along the way and always is at the other end of the phone for any question you may have.

I can not recommend this branch enough! Especially for the people who work there!!!

We sold our flat through Chesterton’s and Iain Begg was excellent throughout. He gave sound advice on pricing, was proactive in providing updates on viewings, and always responsive. The negotiations became complicated at certain points and he was very good at staying calm, looking for solutions and handling the other party. I’d heartily recommend him.
