I turned to Chesterton after a bad experience with another local agency. From my initial meeting with Oscar I knew I could put my trust in Chestertons. A Whatsapp group was set up, it meant I knew when viewings were happening and could ask any questions. Victoria managed to secure a sale within 3 weeks of my property being on the market. We hired Chestertons to fully manage our property in London. What resulted was us spending our time and money to manage the Chestertons team and needing to deal with serious issues directly with the tenants (e.g. basement flooding ignored by the Chestertons team for over 4 weeks). Would not trust this company with any property. Their team did not read or follow our contract at all, and charged taxes that we did NOT NEED TO PAY and were reactionary at a very very slow pace. Don't waste your time or money like we did.... Read more
