I had a really positive experience selling my home through John Dallas. None of the archetypes normally associated with estate agents, the team were all down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Hi, today we completed on the sale of our property, which was handled by John Dallas. The team there have been brilliant throughout the process. They got it on the market quickly and efficiently, drummed up a lot of interest, and secured a number of offers within a week of it going on sale. Between then and completion they have continued to be supportive and kept us informed of any issues or updates. Great, friendly service throughout - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The whole process with Paul and Annabelle was an absolute pleasure. They kept things so calm throughout and were always professional, friendly and never pushy.

It was third time lucky with JD and all we can say is WOW what an exceptional estate agent this is! The team worked hard to sell our flat after it had been on the market with 2 different agents for a year prior. In a tough market for 1 bed flats post lockdown, they had a great network of potential buyers lined up for viewings within days of first contact. We were given updates regularly and detailed feedback so we knew where we stood every step of the way. They were open and honest and we were able to secure a buyer and complete within 12 weeks! Fantastic service from start to finish.
We very recently sold our flat in South Croydon and chose to use John Dallas as they're a local, family run agent based just down the road.
This was our first time selling a property so we really appreciated the advise, honesty and level of communication from Frank and Paul. They were there to help us every step of the way from the initial evaluation all the way through to exchange and completion (which took just 8 weeks!).
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John Dallas to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Croydon area.

I used John Dallas to sell my home and cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had. I primarily dealt with Paul and Franco, who were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. They gave constructive feedback from viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. Their communication throughout the sales process was excellent and as a result everything ran smoothly.
