AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.

Forefront Property has given us excellent service. The photos of the house were very good quality and they have been in constant contact. Their valuation was extremely accurate and we were fortunate to sell the house for asking price.
