We can’t recommend Fowler & Powell enough! They were the perfect estate agents at every stage of the process. Levi, Jenny and Amelia went above and beyond to help us sell our house and find our new home. Our house, that had every evidence of a toddler living in it, was show room ready and on the market within days thanks to their commitment to helping us. When we lost what felt like the perfect property, we were crushed. They were incredibly compassionate and did everything they could to find us somewhere even better. Even going as far as speaking to other state agents to squeeze us into viewings. With Fowler & Powell, they really go the extra mile to get to know their clients. I found F+P extremely effective in renting out our house, securing a number of high quality potential tenants. Communication was rapid, with a human touch. The logistics were clearly explained, well-documented and efficiently handled. As “virgins” to letting out property, we were handled gently ???? the checkout process was disorganized, and I encountered unexpected charges. Overall, I cannot recommend their services due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer care. Unprofessional behaviour, speak nice only when entering the property and when leaving show their real behaviour. Fowler and Powell is a big red flag. Future tenants especially if coming from abroad please avoid them in LEEDS. Google and people : have added a screenshot of me signing contract with Fowler and Powell. They are reporting the honest truth as fake review . Kindly take action against the good reviews Fowler and Powell is getting as these are definitely fake. Also posted this on international doctors group on Facebook and Instagram about the FOWLER AND POWELL services as Tenancy agent!!... Read more

In today's world where service just doesn't seem to count for anything with any company, Fowler & Powell completely smash the standards in excellent customer service and care. I can't rate them highly enough. I was recommended Fowler & Powell by a good friend for the sale of my house. From the very first meeting I knew other agents I'd engaged with just didn't measure up - not even close. Fowler & Powell aren't the cheapest but I feel worth every penny and first impressions meant I didn't mind paying that bit extra for their services and I was not disappointed. The photographs, brochure and listing really stood out from the crowd and drew in multiple viewings quickly. I had a very unique home to sell that had 150 years of history and Levi took great care in getting to know me and the house. It was important the house went to somebody who would make it their home and care for all it's historical features. Viewings and sales conversations remained consistently with Levi throughout with fantastic support from the rest of the team. They really got to know me, what I wanted from a buyer but also what I didn't want. My first buyer pulled out which wasn't without impact and the whole team were very supportive. Communications were excellent, I didn't have to chase anything, I knew exactly where we were up to at any given point. Once a sale was agreed the lead switched to Amelia who was equally excellent. The whole team are!. Amelia aligned myself and the buyer, and whilst I didn't speak directly with the buyer I had every confidence that both parties knew what was needed to make for a smooth sale. Each time I stepped in the office they greeted me by name, it always felt very personal and caring, always time for a cup of tea. My house purchase (through a different agent) was extremely problematic and the whole team were more than happy to help me navigate through, even though they had no vested interest other than to look out for me. If I could give them 10 stars I would. An outstanding experience. I'm not one to take the time out to write reviews but this was a must. Watch and learn other agents!
