the checkout process was disorganized, and I encountered unexpected charges. Overall, I cannot recommend their services due to their lack of professionalism and poor customer care.
Unprofessional behaviour, speak nice only when entering the property and when leaving show their real behaviour.
Fowler and Powell is a big red flag.
Future tenants especially if coming from abroad please avoid them in LEEDS.
Google and people : have added a screenshot of me signing contract with Fowler and Powell. They are reporting the honest truth as fake review
. Kindly take action against the good reviews Fowler and Powell is getting as these are definitely fake.

In today's world where service just doesn't seem to count for anything with any company, Fowler & Powell completely smash the standards in excellent customer service and care. I can't rate them highly enough. I was recommended Fowler & Powell by a good friend for the sale of my house. From the very first meeting I knew other agents I'd engaged with just didn't measure up - not even close. Fowler & Powell aren't the cheapest but I feel worth every penny and first impressions meant I didn't mind paying that bit extra for their services and I was not disappointed. The photographs, brochure and listing really stood out from the crowd and drew in multiple viewings quickly. I had a very unique home to sell that had 150 years of history and Levi took great care in getting to know me and the house. It was important the house went to somebody who would make it their home and care for all it's historical features. Viewings and sales conversations remained consistently with Levi throughout with fantastic support from the rest of the team. They really got to know me, what I wanted from a buyer but also what I didn't want. My first buyer pulled out which wasn't without impact and the whole team were very supportive. Communications were excellent, I didn't have to chase anything, I knew exactly where we were up to at any given point. Once a sale was agreed the lead switched to Amelia who was equally excellent. The whole team are!. Amelia aligned myself and the buyer, and whilst I didn't speak directly with the buyer I had every confidence that both parties knew what was needed to make for a smooth sale. Each time I stepped in the office they greeted me by name, it always felt very personal and caring, always time for a cup of tea. My house purchase (through a different agent) was extremely problematic and the whole team were more than happy to help me navigate through, even though they had no vested interest other than to look out for me. If I could give them 10 stars I would. An outstanding experience. I'm not one to take the time out to write reviews but this was a must. Watch and learn other agents! This is how it's done brilliantly.

We didn’t feel pressured at all which we did feel with other local estate agents. Quite simply the best estate agent experience we have had. Ever.
Proactive without being pushy, measured and knowledgeable. We were impressed by the way we were kept up to date weekly and the way in which all team members knew our property and situation.
Selling a family home can be quite emotional as well as stressful and the team all worked their hardest to make everything appear seamless.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

When my partner and I were looking for a house to purchase in North Leeds, we met multiple estate agents. Fowler and Powell were by far the most professional, efficient and reliable agent we worked with.
Once we found our house, I knew I would use Fowler and Powell to rent out my city centre apartment. The process to rent the apartment out couldn’t have been smoother and I’m really grateful for the continued efficiently of Fowler and Powell, specifically Julien.
I’d highly recommend Fowler and Powell to anyone looking for an estate agent to work with in Leeds.

Great service, cannot recommend highly enough. Fowler and Powell are in a different league to any other estate agent I have dealt with as a buyer or seller. They ‘staged’ our house beautifully, proactively marketed it and took the time to understand its selling points and make it stand out. We were very uncertain about how to price it in a slow market and Julien was really patient in discussing this with us at length. They arranged two full days of viewings and secured us 8 offers, eventually selling for over asking price. The ongoing work they put into moving the sale along was also excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. I would never use another estate agent again now!

Flawless service provided for sell side. The team were really helpful during the marketing process and obtained over asking price within 2 weeks. The after-sale care really makes this company stand out from other estate agents, and the sale would not have gone ahead without them, having to navigate a difficult buyer. Communication was excellent throughout and they always went out of their way to ensure things moved as quickly as possible. If you want to save your sanity during an already stressful process, you’re in safe hands. 10/10.

We have just accepted an offer which exceeded our asking price and are completely happy with how Fowler and Powell have handled the sale. Their emphasis is on finding the right buyer for your house, and for me and my sister having to sell our family home after losing both our parents, this has been almost more important than we ourselves had realised. Levi, from Fowler and Powell has worked very hard on our behalf and we cannot praise this Agent enough.
