Recently viewed and made a conditional offer on a property that we wished to purchase. Somehow this process was extended with multiple flimsy reasons to gather more viewings and interest from the market (which I understand from a sellers perspective). My issue was lack of communication, it seemed like I was doing the leg work to stay informed on the progress. After dragging their heels I received a call to inform me the seller has gone with someone else leaving no room for negotiation.
