We used Gascoigne Halman (Bramhall) for both the purchase and sale of two properties. Each time we were lucky enough to work with Meghan. She has been fantastic from start to finish, always professional and stepping in when needed to smooth things between buyers, sellers and solicitors! Writing this review now we have finally moved. I am torn on how best to describe the experience we had with Gascoigne Halman. The girls in the shop especially Zainab who was the lead on our sale dealt with things to the best of their ability. It was an incredibly stressful process, not helped by a particularly difficult buyer.
Our biggest cause for frustration throughout the entire process was the distinct lack of senior management support, there was basically none! Nick was almost as elusive as our buyer.
As I say we have now completed so don't want carry negativity over. Thanks to Zainab, Sophie and Meghan for baring the brunt of most of our frustration and getting us over the line.

Since being a tenant with Gascoigne Halman Bramhall, starting in the Summer of 2022, there have been some ups and downs with regards to the staff and processes but I will not expand on the details as most issues are now resolved. What I can say is now that I am vacating the property, the service is excellent thanks to Pauline Longworth who is lovely and very helpful. Compared to experiences I have now had with other agents, this branch is well equipped these days to deal with tenant queries etc. so overall I would recommend this branch for renters.
