Friendly, efficient and very supportive. It's out first rental and Amy and Siobhan have been so helpful and have managed to get our house rented out very quickly and for the rent we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
Just adding to this review because we've just sold the house. Frances and her team have been fantastic to work with, we couldn't have been happier with the lack of stress, thanks to the team.

I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did!
Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...
