We recently bought a house through Gascoigne Halman in Poynton. There were some issues when buying the property but the girls at Gascoigne were really helpful in resolving any problems that arose. Having just sold our house through Gascoigne & Halman, we would highly recommend using the Bramhall office. They a deliver a tremendous service and in particular this is clear that the level of service is showcased by Dan the manager. We have experienced other agents in Bramhall e.g. Mosley Jarman and they would definitely benefit from replicating the level of service that Dan & the team deliver

Julie at Gascoigne Halman was fantastic throughout our house purchase. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially with a long chain involved, but Julie was proactive, supportive, and always kept things moving.
Her communication, persistence, and coordination made a huge difference and genuinely helped get the purchase over the line. The wider team were also professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.

I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did!
Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

As first-time buyers, we were completely unaware of a lot of the process, but Ella was amazing throughout. She kept us regularly updated, was always happy to help with any questions, and really went above and beyond to keep everything moving by constantly chasing things up for us.
She worked so hard to help us complete in time and avoid paying extra rent, which we really appreciated. The whole process felt much less stressful thanks to her support and communication.
