Extremely unprofessional. I viewed a property and submitted an application, then waited for a response. However, after the viewing, they did not answer a single phone call or respond to any of my emails. My frustration is not about whether the application was accepted or rejected; it’s the complete lack of communication. A simple response informing me that they had decided to proceed with another applicant would have been sufficient. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way

I was in the unfortunate position of selling a probate property. I was recommended to use Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel and was so glad I did!
Throughout the whole process, Steph, Abby and Sarah displayed utmost professionalism and were with prompt information and action. No question was deemed too silly to ask and any external concerns were dealt with good, experienced advice and reassurance. Most importantly they recognised that this move was painful & sad and the team acted with empathy and compassion. Something that is rare to find nowadays... Something I am very grateful for...

We recently sold our house through this team and are now using them again to purchase our new home. The service has been outstanding from start to finish.
Matt, the Branch Manager, has been fantastic throughout the entire process. When things became complicated with the solicitor, he stepped in immediately to help resolve issues and was always available at the end of the phone whenever we needed advice or support.
Leo was also brilliant, keeping us regularly updated and ensuring we always knew what was happening with our sale and purchase. His communication was excellent and made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage.
The whole team has been professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us move. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your hard work and support!

They sent viewers who were not proceedable or unsuited to a shared/communal garden. We got feedback from viewers only after asking everytime.

I highly recommend them. Regan called me, and within just one week they secured a tenant for us, while our previous agent, Bridgfords, had the property for 10 weeks without finding a single tenant.
