Wanted to use David and his team again as they are simply great at what they do. They know the industry inside and out and are always honest and upfront. They don't operate within the standard 9-5 restrictions which is massively helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't regret instructing them. GF have gone above & beyond for us!
Great contact all the way through and sound advice. We were able to speak to them at any time via WhatsApp and they were so good at getting back to us, even outside of office hours.
They really came into their own once our house sold, though. Our buyer’s solicitors were causing all sorts of issues and GF fought so hard for us to get things pushed through! It was a stressful time for everyone but we felt really well supported, kept in the loop, and like the team were giving their blood, sweat and tears for us.

When we were viewing the house right at the beginning of the process they showed us in and then left us to look round ourselves which we really appreciated so we could take it all in, and then they were on hand at the end of the viewing to answer questions. Just brilliant!!! These guys actually want to sell houses and have a set up like I've not seen with other Estate agents!
They also have a wonderful lady who is dedicated to liaising between both parties once the sale has been agreed, in order to prevent mistakes and miscommunication.
Such a simple and great idea, but I've not known anyone else to do it.
