We recently completed our sale and purchase through Paxtons. We expected it to be extremely stressful but the team at Paxtons made the whole process as straight forward and pain free as possible. Charlotte, Sarah, Kate and the team are all personable, knowledgeable and forthcoming with none of the usual jargon that you’d expect from a typical estate agents. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy a property.

Stay away . They rejected our application and never returned our money back. We have applied to three different agencies in the past and just because we have young children had all been honest enough to reject our application and returned the money . These people look honest but are rip-offs !

We recently sold and purchased a house with Paxtons Estate Agents, Paul and his team were absolutely brilliant, extremely professional, polite and so values driven that we immediately felt we had found friends as oppose to just commissioning a service. Nothing was ever too much trouble and even when our first buyer pulled out, the effort Paul and the team put in ensured we sold again quickly. Paul prides himself on getting to know his clients and to truly understand what they want, he did this with us and the proof of this is the house we now own and love, he chose! We had not seen our house as it was only just coming to market, we were actually looking to move to a different town but when Paul saw it, he knew it was the house for us. After convincing us to view the property, we fell in love with it upon walking through the door and put the full asking price in whilst in the house! Paul absolutely got it right and we will always be grateful to him for that. We have recommended Paxtons to many people and will continue to do so, we have bought many houses but have genuinely never had such a great service. Quite simply, if you want to buy or sell a property don’t look anywhere else, we will only ever use Paxtons from this point forward. Thank you Paxtons, you have been absolutely brilliant.
