Having sold a house two years ago with their Chatham branch, I had no hesitation in using the Walderslade office. All the staff at Walderslade are helpful friendly and efficient and this is reflected by the fact that I had a buyer for my property within a few days of it going on the market.

We couldn't be happier with the services of RMJ Walderslade with selling our house. We had consistent and meaningful communication with various members of the team throughout the full process of viewing properties, to finally exchanging and completing.
At no point did we feel we were given the hard sell (unlike other estate agents we dealt with), and we were given the impression that Dallas and his team genuinely had our best interests in mind.
On that note, both Dallas and his colleague Harry were especially great, and we thank them both for their professionalism and customer service during this incredibly stressful time. Although we did indeed have many stresses when purchasing our new home, dealing with RMJ Walderslade was not one of them.
10/10 would buy a house through again.

When looking for an estate agent we were concerned that our little one bed flat wouldn't be an agents top priority. But from the valuation with Dallas, we felt like valued clients. We picked RMJ because they seemed genuine and approachable which was important to us. Within about 2 weeks we were sold, due to fab pics from Harry and viewings taken by Kendall. Ella then took us for a lovely viewing of the house we are now purchasing. The team have been fantastic and I have no criticisms at all. From the offset and before making a decision I found the team were the most efficient in sending information and correspondence that I required in order to sell the house and I decided to go with RMJ.
I cannot fault the team . To start with they are all approachable and friendly but it was their efficiency that impressed me most . The agency held a key to mums house and arranged all viewings and kept me informed when these were happening . I was notified the next day of people’s views and comments about the property and I was advised when offers were made on the property as to what ideally would be the best offer to accept due to the buyers circumstances . This in fact resulted in a quicker sale .
I also liked that the team had a nominated staff member to liaise with the solicitor to chase to enquire on my behalf if required.
I have received regular phone calls and updates and on the day of completion two final calls to say the process and sale had completed.

Joe showed me two houses, the last one was the one I bought and he was fantastic. He told me the details etc but he also stayed silent and allowed me to walk around and get a feel for the place so I had real time to think about the property and the questions I wanted to ask. No hard sell just information, perfect. He helped me through the offer process as well, keeping me well informed.
Maxine was my next contact and she helped the sale progress. Very often she kept me more update on everything than my lawyer. Any questions I had got very quick answers, polite, diligent and knowledgeable.
I LOVE my new house and I could not have asked for a better service than I got! Much better than other estate agents I met or tried to buy through (I was part way through buying a different house but couldn't get any answers and get through the red tape) so I experienced fantastic service with RMJ to compare with not so good service from others!

Very professional estate agents, gave a realistic market valuation rather than high balling to gain custom like some other agents. Our house has an unusual layout and this was considered during the marketing process. 2nd time we've used RMJ Walderslade for sales and once again given top class service by the whole team. This time we sold two houses for our onwards move but despite some rather large road bumps RMJ supported and guided us the whole way easing a lot of the stress. In the strange time of COVID it was certainly different this time around.
All the staff we dealt with at walderslade branch we great. But above them all was Maxine . She called regularly to either update us or see if we had and news for her. We used Dallas and the team for our recent move to our dream home. We put our house on the market right before the UK lockdown was announced in March 2020 and so the timing wasn’t ideal however Dallas was regularly in contact, keeping us updated with progress and interest during this period.
When things opened back up, viewings began to flow in with feedback being sought pretty quickly. It wasn’t too long before we had an acceptable offer on the table.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the whole process took longer than we would’ve liked however none of this was the fault of R, M & J but they were very supportive throughout and the communication was fantastic, which meant we were aware of everything as things developed.

At the time we had lost money on another property with another Estate Agency, as the property had too many major problems to take such a project on at this time in our life.
The moment we walked into RMJ Walderslade there was a warm welcome and both Mica and Kendall were really helpful taking down our details and were genuinely interested in what type of property we wanted and the surroundings we would like.
Immediately, the office was in communication with us with properties they had in areas that would possibly suit.

We recently sold our first house with Robinson Michael & Jackson, Walderslade and started the process with Dallas. From the beginning he was very to the point in our valuation and expectations which was exactly what we wanted. We then spoke a lot with Kendal and Misha who arranged viewings and provided vital feedback for us straight after. Whenever I called the office, all three members of the team were friendly and positive. The only slight hiccup was having to rewrite our house description ourselves in order to obtain more viewings as the format and punctuation of the original written by RMJ wasn't the best.
The person I really want to praise in particular however, is our sales progressor Maxine. Maxine was absolutely fantastic in making sure our progression throughout was constantly moving despite frustrating delays. We were expecting to move in March, however issues at the top of the chain pushed back our move to the end of May. This caused extreme stress for both myself and my fiance who get married in early June. Maxine was in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date and constantly contacting solicitors, agents and pretty much everyone in our chain. I felt completely looked after and supported throughout the whole process and that is all thanks to Maxine.

I’m absolutely fuming this company is absolutely unreliable and a bunch of liars I was scheduled for 2 viewings on Monday for Wednesday with a girl called Chloe she lies to me saying she tried to contact me via text and phone at 9am min you our appointment was at 11am I had not received either a text or miss call she then proceeds to say the first property we were meant to view has been let out already not only that but the second property the landlord apparently would like us to reschedule for the next day. After traveling for 1 hour just to find out the agent Chloe was not there absolutely ridiculous.

Dissapointed. I cannot see how you justify the charge seeing as we had to go out and find the properties we wanted to look at. We didn't receive any literature by post we always had to ask at the office. Very rarely were any of our telephone calls returned. We received bad advice on our initial mortgage meeting. We had to do all the running when being handled by the so called 'Progression Team'. The only member of the team that I felt comfortable dealing with was Keith who I feel was sorely let down by his team.
