The estate agent, Martin Haigh went above and beyond the call of duty in progressing the sale, chasing up paperwork etc. He was always extremely quick to respond to queries, and very pleasant to deal with.He even left a "care package" full of goodies for us the day we moved in. I would have no hesitstion whatsoever in retaining his services again in the future.

I was very pleased with the way Martyn handled the sale of my property. The description, photos and video were all excellent. He was thorough in carrying out the necessary vetting of perspective buyers which saved a lot of stress down the line. He also negotiated well on my behalf in raising the offer price, unlike some agents who try to convince you that the first offer is the best just to complete the sale quickly. I would definitely recommend Haighs.
