Hamptons nearly scored 5 stars and the service was generally first rate. The company, particularly, our main contact Eddie, put a lot of time and energy into ensuring that the house was set up correctly and that all the paperwork they needed from us was outlined clearly and in full. They also found a tenant very quickly and we really appreciate that. We only scored them 4 stars because we had to deal with several different people at Hamptons and internal communication wasn't always effective. Consequently, we sometimes had to explain some things more than once and, on occasion, were sent information that was out of date. That said, the staff was extremely thorough, offered very helpful advice and we would be very likely to use Hamptons again in the future.... Read more

We were kept well informed of my buyers position throughout the price negotiations.
