After my father passed away, I had the hard task of selling his bungalow. Had to get 3 valuations done for probate. Contacted 3 estate agents. First one, preached to us about how wonderful he was and talked non stop for 45 mins, second one, really wasn't interested and then Kraig arrived. What a truly lovely, understand man he is. We asked him to sell our bungalow and he went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was a problem for him, answered all our questions and his advise was invaluable. 100% recommend Kraig and Hamptons. Can't thank Kraig enough.

Very disappointed with Hamptons.
I booked a valuation on the 15th for someone to come and value my property this morning at 10am.
When it got to 11am I called the office to see if Mark was on his way and was told he had knocked on the door but I didn't answer. I had no missed calls and nobody rang the buzzer.
I was told Mark would call me back to reschedule.
I called again at 1pm as no one had contacted me back and Mark said he had called my phone and pressed the buzzer and did not seem as though he wanted to come back.
What a waste of my morning.

I cannot recommend Kraig and the team at Hamptons Amersham enough! Our sale was quite frankly painful with issues with solicitors and chain collapses! I didn’t actually believe we would ever get to this place where we move into our new home and the lovely couple buying our home will get to enjoy my old home - and the reason we are here is Kraig! He worked hard to keep everyone informed and on board and kept the sale going for 9 months which is no easy task! There were times I was despairing but he was honest and truthful all along the line and we DID get there. His hard work, persistence and support over this period were invaluable. We were not a multi million pound sale but a modest home - the team gave it as much effort and enthusiasm as a big commission sale! We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

We recently used the services of Hampton's (Amersham branch) to sell our property at the end of 2019. Having been through this process a few times over the years I can honestly say the team at Hampton's are by far the most professional, helpful and attentive team I have ever come across, coupled with an exceptional knowledge of the local market and trends.
In a difficult market at the end of last year Kraig and the team managed to gain 16 viewings on our property on its first weekend it was listed which then resulting in multi offers made for us to consider. This took an amazing effort and level of support from the entire Hampton's office to facilitate and execute, as every member of the Hampton's team had a part to play in the successful delivery of the day.
Following the offer being excepted the aftercare / support received from offer to completion kept both us as the seller & also our buyers both fully informed meaning that the process ran extremely smoothly with very little stress for either side, exchanging ahead of expectations.
If you are looking to sell a house in Amersham i couldn't recommend this team highly enough!

I had an excellent experience selling my home recently through Hamptons International Amersham.
The service from Kraig, Melissa and the team was outstanding, ranging from the frequent communication and pro-active updates on the status of the sale and the market with special regard for effectively managing the close of the sale once we had accepted the offer from our buyer.
From the start of the process to the close of the sale and completion was 3 months and our house sold within 4 weeks of being listed. In this market environment, that is extremely good and exceeded my expectations.
I thoroughly recommend using Hamptons Amersham to anyone and would definitely use them again.

From our initial consultation with Kraig, to the viewings conducted by Beverley, Debbie, Kraig and Fraser, to the constant support from Laura, and the regular updates we received, they exceeded our expectations in every way. We were primarily looked after by Debbie who is an absolute superstar. Even when complications arose (and a few did but through no fault of Hamptons) she always remained calm, wonderfully empathetic and ever the absolute professional. Hamptons in Amersham did a fantastic job of selling our house in Chesham. Branch manager Kraig really knew how best to market the house, with Hamptons generating so much interest that we had plenty of offers for the property to choose from. We achieved the best possible price and sold to a lovely family who we are so happy to pass the house on to. I really liked the fact that the Hamptons team treat every potential purchaser well, giving them individual viewings and a friendly, personal touch. We recently sold our house through the Amersham branch of Hamptons. From start to finish all the staff were friendly, efficient and kept us completely informed of every step. Their advice before and during the sale period was good and precise without being pushy. Once a sale had been established ( within 2 weeks and at the asking price) the determination of Shelley in particular meant we exchanged within 5 weeks in spite of several hurdles that could easily have led to a more lengthy time frame.
We have dealt with many estate agents this year and Hamptons Amersham have been the best. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
