After an initial “can’t do enough” attitude, we ended our tenancy early mainly due to the fact the owner Jak Kippri, didn’t care that we didn’t have an in date gas safety certificate, even after threatening with legal action, his constant blubbering emails full of excuses didn’t work. We left the property months ago and we are still awaiting our deposit return, after ofcourse a reduction for “damage” which was actually in place when we moved in. If you want my advice, find another agent, there’s plenty of them.

Harper’s run a tight ship. Their professional polite and dedicated team handled the whole process with great efficiency. Jak the owner is fully involved and keeps his finger on the pulse . All the team in the office were a delight to deal with and dealt with matters quickly and were professional at all times. My Late Father’s house was marketed and sold quickly and handled sensitively throughout the process. I would definitely recommend their services .
