From the initial appraisal and valuation, with valuable insight and knowledge on the market and the best way to dress the house for maximum impact, we managed to attract a buyer within the first week of placing our property on the market, added to this their great communication all the way through to completion made this the most pain free experience we have ever had with an estate agent, excellent service and would fully recommend their services.

Rude, Unorganised, DisRespectful...some of the words to describe the estate agency. They will show least interest in answering any queries you may have. We wanted to buy a house . The problem with this agency is that negativity stems in each staff member because of ther owner who is extremely rude. I would highly suggest not to sell your house or buy a house through this agency. The reason for not selling through this agency is that they will not even make an effort of being present in the viewing and leave the seller to show the house on their own. They absolutely and completely made no effort to answer any queries we had. Correspondence to the potential buyer is poor and restricted except for the odd call from the owner of this agency who will keep on talking but not bother answering any query you may have. I do have proof of the email sent to them as well and would sincerely request you to get in touch with me so that you can save yourself from selling through this agent. You will see that many high priced properties available through them stay unsold for a very long time and you can check this on your own on RightMove.
.As a potential buyer, we were interested in a house but the reason, we couldnt go ahead was because after the offer there was no communication and none of our queries were answered, In the meantime, our other offer got accepted . Secondly and most important, we werent comfortable dealing with the owner of the company who was extremely disrespectful and when we tried putting our point across, he referred to us as Ridiculous and banged the phone down. His language was extremely rude and deterimental to each partys interest. I would sincerely advise to not buy or sell through this agency. feel free to contact me for details and I can provide further details. I am sure there will be many potential buyers like me who will choose not to buy because of the lack of interest by the estate agency in promoting your property and the unacceptable behaviour of the owner.

We bought through harpers & co and can honestly say what a great company especially michelle who kept us informed and went out of her way to keep us in the loop which regrettably our own agent did not .
I would highly recommend harpers & co for their kindness and patience ‘ we are now in our dream home though being a very stressful time very happy , michelle has even asked to come and see the property once renovated , think a glass of wine might be in order ????

Great letting agency, Lisa was especially amazing throughout our 2.5 years with Harpers. We never had any issues and they were always very helpful if we had any questions. Would highly recommend renting through them. If ever we are back in Bexley we would happily go through Harpers again!

Was hesitant to put our property up for sale in the month of December and during the festive period due to other agents advising us not to, however, harpers and co convinced us otherwise and we are glad we listened to them. Property is now under offer within a week. Great service!!

I have been a tenant with Harpers for around 2.5 years and it is safe to say they have been the best landlord/letting agent I have used. Jak & Lisa are really easy going and accommodating whenever there is an issue. Rent was kept at a good rate and it wasn’t being increased at any possible moment. If I was looking to rent or buy a place in Bexley I would 100% know to use Harpers again as you get a quality service.

The whole team was a pleasure to deal with, from Jak explaining the initial process, highly knowledgeable of the area and marketing our property, the best-in-class photography with a professional and friendly photographer, Michelle progressing our sale and Jak chasing down on exchange day to help make it all happen. All going above expectations and making us feel supported and informed.
