8th Jan 2025 (11 days ago)I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Cockburn Lettings, and I feel compelled to warn others about their terrible communication and lack of support throughout the tenancy process. From the start, communication has been inconsistent and unreliable. When it came to resolving key issues related to our tenancy, Cockburn was unresponsive and unhelpful, despite us reaching out multiple times. We were left to handle everything ourselves, including dealing with the tenancy deposit dispute, which was completely mismanaged on their end. They ignored important emails and failed to submit evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, despite having all the necessary documentation. This has caused us significant financial stress and inconvenience, which could have been easily avoided had they fulfilled their obligations. Customer service is non-existent. They made no effort to keep us informed or provide any real assistance. It’s clear that Cockburn cares more about collecting their fees than actually helping tenants or landlords. If you’re considering using Cockburn, I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of other letting agencies that value communication and customer service. Cockburn is not one of them.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with The Acorn Group (Dartford) after a previous attempt with another agent didn’t work out. The team helped us to gain interest very quickly and never failed to attend the property when there was a viewing booked. Particular praise for Jacqueline Bissett who was incredibly professional, making the process smooth and stress-free as much as possible. Although at a very early stage in the entire process Jacqueline and her team have provided a professional service every step of the way in selling our property. They were always friendly, gave good advice and were timely with responds to queries. I can wholeheartedly recommend them
25th Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

A big call out to Samanta who was fantastic and always there for us, through endless viewings and there at the end of the phone if we needed her, her support, knowledge, advice and kindness was so remarkable and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Alan de Maid, Thank you all

18th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)I cannot recommend wisdom estates enough, we had the pleasure of meeting Matt Ferrari who went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He kept us updated and he couldn’t accommodate us enough with viewings of the house that we had purchased. I’m surprised he didn’t start Charging me petrol money the amount of times I wanted to pop back to the new home but it was never too much trouble and if Matt could manage it he would. I only wish Matt Ferrari was selling our home as he was efficient, polite , and extremely on the ball with everything. If your buying or selling your house I couldn’t recommend wisdom estate Sidcup enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have Matt as your estate agent you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything you did for us Matt we really are forever greatful.

The response to enquiries from Serena was simply amazing. Thumbs up for a good accommodation hunt experience. Am having to add this to this review. Above experience was just before I moved into the accommodation. Afterwards it became a terrible roller coaster with this agent. Serena did not respond as usual. A bit cold when she informed me she was now off my case.... shocking. That was not the response I expected..direct me to who is then but no. Simply off the case at that point. It was horrendous. Finally they still dipped their hands in my deposit claiming all falsehood. My efforts to get the DPS team to sanction was not very smooth. Beware of this agent! They are only after your money. No empathy or customer service culture at all.
