Park Estates provided us with exemplary service throughout the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new home. At all times they were friendly, helpful, extremely considerate of our needs and made us feel like valued clients throughout. I recommend them unreservedly to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling property.
I enquired about a property and asked them to make sure with the landlady she would take a guarantor, to which the answer was a resounding YES. So I went all the way from central london to see the property in Bexley, really liked it put in an offer and waited, three days later the Estate agent gets back to me saying the landlady wont accept a guarantor. WHAT? THE ONLY REASON I WENT THERE WAS THAT SHE WOULD TAKE A GUARANTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Moral of the story: WASTED TIME AND MONEY!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!
I found Mann Countrywide extremely supportive, efficient and cooperative. They always update me if any work needs to be done in advance and kept me up to date with the letting of the flat. Everyone at Coutrywide is helpful specially I must mention Samantha Harden and Timothy Knight for their friendly communication, instant response the moment you need help or any information about your letting! I would be extremely happy to keep using their service !
Thank you Chantelle for getting the sale through the long and arduous task that it was. Your persistence and help was much appreciated.
Many thanks to Tim Knight in lettings. Great job!!!
Would definitely recommend
We purchased our first home through Hunters. It was a bit of a complicated process as there was a lease extension to also arrange however the whole team were always very helpful and professional and supported us the whole way through. They liaised between all the parties and listened to all my questions. Very happy with their service.
This relates to Westwood Property Services, who I believe fall under Hunters at Blackfen/Sidcup. I strongly suggest that you avoid this company. My experience with them was nothing but aggravation. Having rented with them for 2+ years - paying on time and being a good tenant, during which they forced me to suffer through excess property damp - at the end of the tenancy they tried their best to take unwarranted chunks of my deposit, ignoring all logical argument and simply doing what they wished. One example included myself damaging one curtain a little and agreeing for this to be deducted, but this agent, through greed, sought to replace the curtains for all of the windows in that room. Equally, they tried to pin broken things on me that were fully intact and working when I left (as reinforced by the thorough inventory check out) and provided receipts without dates, seeking to deceive. An agent called Pam is the source of this flagrant disregard of reason. You'd do well to avoiding renting with this company and particularly via Pam. Rent elsewhere.
Sold my flat very quickly, very professional buisness would highly recommend.
Dealt with Alex and made an above asking price offer and sent a my mortgage in principal to him was assured it would take 24 hours to get back to me, that was on a Thursday......... fri, sat , Monday and still no word from Alex. Which I was upset about as I had told about my sons motorbike accident and the fact his paralysed now and I need a house close to my work to be able to take care of him......Monday I rung 3 times only to be spoken quiet abruptly to be a female who kept telling me i was ringing the “ Letting number “ and couldn’t slam the phone down quick enough. Even though it’s the only number .
Alex was suppose to be in the office again at 1 so by 3.30 I again called and hey presto Alex. Which I was hoping was no news was good new but only to be told he had just got off the phone with the sellers and they had excepted the other offer as they had upped the price over the weekend but when I had spoken to Alex at the weekend he didn’t mention non of this as I would have upped my offer too. I asked why he had not given me the opportunity to increase my offer rather than just shoot me out of the water, again a lot pathetic chat about nothing ( basically telling me lies ). When I asked to speak to the manager Alex said he was busy on the phone yet when I said I’d wait he the turned round and said he went into the office and he wasn’t there. Cannot believe how such a bunch of people can carry on like this- 100% un-professional, no communication skills, they have failed to even give a proper, fair service to all customers.
I would never be wasting my time with them again as they seem very selective in the sales. Personally I would warn all to go else where as talking to others this estate agents is not great for reliability anyway,
Fox Estates recently sold our house in Bexleyheath. We were very satisfied with the process from start to finish. Chris Fox was highly accomodating throughout (and helpful throughout with great reccomedations for removal companies etc) and we were left very satisfied, happy and are greatful for the excellent service.
We bought a house that was being sold through Fox Estates and were quite impressed with their level of knowledge and customer service. All staff were friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about the house they were selling. They didn't muck around either - they told us that if the vendor agreed our offer they would take the house straight off the market and not accept any more offers, which they did.
Only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because for the last two weeks before completion they wouldn't let us enter the property - apparently they were too busy to attend with us, even when I asked a week in advance and for on a week day! Unfortunately the house was empty, hence the need for them to be there. It meant that our building work was pushed back at least a few weeks as the builder couldn't come in and view the property with us, which was quite annoying as the house was unlivable in.
