Just rented a flat through HAS, polite, friendly and efficient. I had a small problem once I had moved in and they resolved it quickly. Very good experience so far.

Terrible agency, don't waste your time or your money here. Your best bet is to use OpenRent or other platforms like Gumtree to find a tenant as this agency will charge you an arm and a leg for the simplest of tasks.

HAS Property management have been just amazing in managing my flat in Hastings. The whole team are friendly and really efficient. They have found great tenants, single handedly managed the renovation of the flat and always take care of details immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Over the moon is a understatement.
Despite long delays ( which were completely out of there control!) Racheal couldn’t of helped more. Thay were very professional, friendly an courteous. I can’t recommend them enough an really gave a great experience.

Big thank you to Rachel. I'm so pleased I found this agents they have managed to get me in the property in a week! . Highly professional , polite and really quick at dealing with everything . No silly hidden fees and just made what is one of the most stressful experiences so easy and relaxed . I highly recommend them and can not thank Rachel enough for being so Brilliant.

I had a terrible experience with this letting agency. Our viewing of a property overlapped with other viewings and the letting agent allowed multiple people into the property at one time, without masks. Despite this unsafe practice, we decided to put down a holding deposit on a property. We were assured we would more than likely pass the referencing criteria and asked to hand in documents within 7 days. We handed in our documents within this deadline but were then told that somebody else had put down a holding deposit too, which was bizarre. They then called and said the other applicant had been given the property. Taking multiple deposits is bad practice at best and shows the unprofessional nature of this company. Our time was wasted and opportunities to rent other properties were missed.
TLDR: Unsafe COVID practices and will not honour a holding deposit. Steer clear.

Dawn, Rachael and the team have always been friendly, helpful and professional. If I've ever had an issue they have worked hard to help resolve it. Living with HAS as my agent has been peaceful and reassuring. I'm going to miss them all!
