I honestly can’t recommend Hannah Williams (Senior Lettings Negotiator) at William H Brown enough. From start to finish she was so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made the whole process feel so much less stressful because she was always easy to talk to, kept me constantly updated, and replied to my emails so quickly. She truly went above and beyond for us and did absolutely everything she possibly could to help. Unfortunately, due to our own circumstances, we ended up renting through another estate agent, but that had nothing to do with her at all. If anything, I would have chosen that property purely because of how much I enjoyed dealing with her! She is an absolute credit to William H Brown and I really hope she does amazingly well in her career there because she completely deserves it for all of her hard work, professionalism, and fantastic personality.... The house we were selling was in a village, old and quirky, this narrowed the market down considerably. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers.
