Clair and the team worked hard to get our purchase over the line. Throughout the last weeks of our purchase I called to reach Clair most days, at every call she either was there to receive it or called back within an hour. As solicitors were being slow and causing delays, Clair worked hard to push the solicitors in the chain and communicated between the sellers and us to keep us in the loop and aware of what was happening. Our purchase would have taken significantly longer if it wasn't for Clair consistently requesting updates from the solicitors! I have recently put my property on the market with Howkins & Harrison (Rugby Branch). I have bought and sold houses over the last 30 plus years, I have seen attitudes in how some estate agents behave and just see their clients as their commision and pay packet. These are the agents that sadly give the estate agency industry a bad name. From my first initial contact with the team to having my property valued, and then being marketed I am beyond impressed with how this Estate Agent goes above and beyond for their clients. I have been met with nothing but proffesional standards, courteousness and kindness, which is huge for me. It is evidently clear after speaking to the team at H&H and witnessing first hand, just how dedicated they are to their clients and how passionate they are about their jobs. It makes a refreshing change to see this, and gives me confidence knowing I have chosen the right agent to market and sell my property. If they didn't have an answer they got it quickly and were accommodating to every viewing request. This was important as we needed the sale to happen within 3 1/2 weeks.
