Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. I placed our property on the market with Howkins following a very efficient initial enquiry and subsequent marketing strategy. The property was SSTC within 48 hours and the process was seamless Our property was then part of the probate process which once achieved was where Claire and the team shone, we had problems with communication with the buyers solicitor but Claire was totally vigilant keeping the process moving daily updating us until we reached exchange and completion. The sales team were exceptional their internal communication strategy allowed any of the team to be in a position to respond and support I would highly recommend Claire and the sales team and can’t thank them enough.... We have used Howkins and Harrison for years. They rented out my UK Barn when I moved to Australia and then sold it. We had another rental in Rugby which they then managed and sold recently. Being overseas adds a new dimension as you cannot view the property and rely on accurate feedback and even meter readings. Which we got. Full marks to Helen Thomas for keeping in touch and monitoring the sale on a daily basis and to Robert Eyton-Jones for the overall supervision and the regular phone calls. We miss his phone calls now but sadly have no more houses to sell !... Read more

After spending months trying to rent apartment in Rugby I contacted Howkins and Harrison and spoke to Jane. She was amazing from start to finish. These agents really look after you and you don’t feel like you’re competing with 50 other people. Jane showed me apartment, which I loved and within a week everything was sorted and i moved in. Clair and the team worked hard to get our purchase over the line. Throughout the last weeks of our purchase I called to reach Clair most days, at every call she either was there to receive it or called back within an hour. As solicitors were being slow and causing delays, Clair worked hard to push the solicitors in the chain and communicated between the sellers and us to keep us in the loop and aware of what was happening. Our purchase would have taken significantly longer if it wasn't for Clair consistently requesting updates from the solicitors! I have recently put my property on the market with Howkins & Harrison (Rugby Branch). I have bought and sold houses over the last 30 plus years, I have seen attitudes in how some estate agents behave and just see their clients as their commision and pay packet. These are the agents that sadly give the estate agency industry a bad name. From my first initial contact with the team to having my property valued, and then being marketed I am beyond impressed with how this Estate Agent goes above and beyond for their clients. I have been met with nothing but proffesional standards, courteousness and kindness, which is huge for me. It is evidently clear after speaking to the team at H&H and witnessing first hand, just how dedicated they are to their clients and how passionate they are about their jobs. It makes a refreshing change to see this, and gives me confidence knowing I have chosen the right agent to market and sell my property.
