My partner and I used Howkins and Harrison to rent our first flat and were helped by Evie Kondracki. Evie was a great help and communicated well and kept us up to date with the process. The communication and speedy responses from Evie was much appreciated especially since we had struggled with previous estate agents!

We first purchased our home in Scaldwell through Howkins and Harrison back in 2018, and more recently sold it with them — so we’ve experienced their service from both sides.
On both occasions, the team has been exceptional. David and Jamie were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout, always on hand to offer advice and reassurance when needed. Sally, who carried out the viewings, was absolutely lovely and did such a fantastic job representing our home.
What really stands out about Howkins and Harrison, especially compared to other agents, is their ability to combine true professionalism with a genuinely friendly, approachable manner — it makes such a difference during what can be a stressful process.
The service we received was impeccable from start to finish, and we always felt confident we were in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality estate agent.

We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison.
Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do.
Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home.
Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made.
Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment.
