Massive thank you to all the residential sales staff at the Rugby H&H branch. They smoothly guided me through the sales process from start to finish, and managed the (unconventional) buyer, defending our position when required. Julie was always swift to reply to communications and gave helpful practical advice when requested. Everyone was polite and professional. Smart, polished, charming without being too smooth for comfort.
I would have liked the staff to answer the phone with their name, not just "H&H". I had to ask / guess who I was talking to when I rang in - Julie / Claire / Jayne / etc.

5 star service from start to finish, the lovely Nicole Ashenden has been amazing!!, What a wonderful woman. Professional in every way, from arranging the viewings to negotiation of the lease, friendly and polite to go with it. Has assisted me in finding a rental property in no time at all. Nothing has been too much trouble through out the process.
