I have rented with H&H for 5 years now and when you live in a property for that long issues will come up. On this occasion there was a problem with the plumbing and although I initially called it in on a Saturday morning, was called back and told that someone would be to fix it on Monday (I requested afternoon). I called on Monday and was lucky enough to speak to a gentleman named Drew, he was very polite and have managed to send me someone the next day (Chris) who went above and beyond to fix the issue, and even though he had to deal with a very peculiar tight space which required a specific slim type of materials, even though that brand new part turned out to be faulty and he had to go and get another brand new part, neither Chris nor Drew gave up on their task, with very fast actions and evident knowledge and hard work, they managed not only to fix the issue but also turn an unhappy customer to an extremely happy (5*) one who is very thankful and appreciative of the work Chris did and how Drew handled this from start to finish. Thank you both very much!! ????

i have not written recommendations beforehand but then it is rare to get the service and help i have received from mr drew stewart....not only today but over the past few weeks. he has been dealing with a leak from our flat into the one below, for which he has the responsibility to rectify. he has been caring, sensitive to resident's needs, and simply a delight to deal with...a rare commodity in my experience these days.
he has led me through the process, helped me with all questions courteous when at the property, knowledgeable and has made a difficult problem very bearable. a big thank you to you,

Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets.
Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it.
Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.
