This company is a shambles, we have been renting for over a year now and it’s not got any better, when we first moved in we got told the house had been cleaned by a professional cleaner, that is a big no no, I spent hours cleaning all the grime out of the kitchen cleaning the carpets repairing everything what a disgrace I thought they had to have standards by law, these lot have their own, as for getting in contact well it’s like talking to a group of monkeys get no sense when you ask them something serious they just giggle, I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a fire alarm, phone up and tell them the house is falling to bits they giggle at that, I’ve never known such slack folk, to get owt done takes months, theirs no pride in their homes no nothing, absolutely disgusting and disgraceful company... Extremely unprofessional. My daughter had to give backword on the sale and when my daughter rang the Chapeltown office to explain she didnt want to go ahead anymore with the purchase, the man she spoke with was really rude and very unprofessional as all he said was. "For rent or buy" when she said buy, he slammed down the phone on her. How bad is that.... Read more
