Appalling service and would definitely not recommend for either landlords or tenants. Very poor communication, to the point where emails are not understandable. There were many problems with the house which the tenants reported but were not passed on to myself until I met the tenants in person at a much later date. Complaints by myself were not fully addressed.... Read more
