My daughter has just bought a house through Hunters Estate Agents in Harborne. Jake and Bethany were both professional and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They helped Megan to understand the 'buying' process and their communication at each step of the way was exemplary. Megan's dealings were mainly with Bethany who did an excellent job of liaising between ourselves and the vendors and also keeping in touch with the Solicitor. In addition, she really put herself out to accompany us to the house several times, enabling us to line up trades ready for completion. I would wholeheartedly endorse Hunters if you are thinking of selling your home.

I was very fortunate that Hunters Harborne were highly recommended to me for my flat sale and from the start I was impressed with their friendly and professional approach. Andy and Jake set up the initial arrangements and I was very reassured by how everything was managed, especially with all the Covid restrictions. Bethany then handled the sale process to completion which was rather protracted owing to circumstances outside our control, but she kept me informed at every stage and always followed up my queries immediately, which kept my stress to a minimum! I am very happy to recommend them.

We bought our last house from Hunters and it was a no-brainer to use them when we came to sell. The whole team are professional and honest consistently delivering everything they promise. They have an excellent knowledge of the Harborne market and pulled together great particulars. They secured a steady flow of viewings, constantly providing feedback and securing an asking price offer. They also kept a difficult transaction together through a calm perseverance with some difficult counterparties. When selling my Aunt and Uncles house I had 3 quotes as you do, I decided to employ Hunters as our estate agents for a couple of reasons, one they weren't constantly calling me and putting me under pressure, two Andy who came out to do the evaluation was very helpful and comfortable to talk to. When we went ahead with the sale Jake took charge of it and I couldn't praise him enough, he was there to guide us through some trying times nothing was too much trouble for him, he was the sole of discretion and an absolute professional he got us a quick sale at a very good price.
Jake and Bethany who is also lovely kept us up to date with email and phone calls all the way through.

I am very lucky to have bought my house through Hunters harborne. They were very responsive and made the entire process easier from the viewing of the house to completion.
Andy and Jake and the wonderful Sophie are a splendid team. They kept me informed every step of the way and they interfaced with the solicitors quite often when they were hard to get to.
The mortgage adviser they recommended was very proactive and helped us choose the best mortgage for us. When we changed the duration of mortgage from 5yrs to 2years, they fixed it quite effortlessly. Well done to Mike, Jack and Geraldine.

From the outset, Hunters were incredibly helpful and honest in particular on how best to market the property. Taking their advice on board, I had 8 viewings booked in within the first 24- 48 hours and then had 4 good solid offers on the table within a matter of days since going live. Upon meeting Jake from Hunters, I found him to be clear and fair. We chose Hunters in Edgbaston based on this first impression and having heard reliable recommendations.
We were not disappointed.
From preparing the house through to viewings through to all correspondence, we are guided rightfully and reassured where needed.

I first met Andy from Hunters (Harborne) in 2014 when he was the estate agent selling the house I bought. I found him honest, helpful and very knowledgable but not pushy. Recently went through the process of renting a house through Hunters and it must have been the easiest and best experience I've had. The process was extremely speedy, streamlined and efficient. Since I put my property on the market I have had brilliant service from Hunter's in harborne. From the initial meeting with the agents in the office, I found that the team were both very knowledgeable with how the market was going and prospects for selling the property.
The agents were friendly and put my property on the market very promptly and produced a great property information pack.
After viewings I was given good feedback on how people saw the property both good and bad.
Since getting an offer at each step the office manager Sophie kept me up to date at every stage and told me when I needed to get things done, always in a kindly and professional manner.

I can't find the words to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction for Hunters estate services. I had arranged to rent an apartment, have paid the deposit 5weeks ago and was told to wait for the tenancy agreement documents. Despite being reassured by Ellie that everything is alright I found out two days ago, after multiple emails and calls,in which they wouldn't respond or would not provide any information, that the apartment is no longer available for letting.
Very unprofessional and rude attitude, not even bother to apologise or send me a confirmation email of the cancellation. Still haven't got the refund of the deposit although they've cancelled my letting a week ago without contacting me: no email, no calls,no post,no messages on mailbox. Something really dodgy is probably happening here,requiring legal action.
I could only suggest you to stay away from this estate agency.

After two disastrous attempts of selling the house with two local estate agents, Hunters stepped in and secured a sale, overseeing it throughout the sale process from start to finish, taking the pressure off and saved the day. Andy and Jake are thoroughly professional in their approach and kept us informed at all stages through to completion, liaising with solicitors on our behalf. I had a good experience buying a property marketed by Hunters, they were accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and showed round one-to-one rather than arranging rushed half-hour slot mass viewing sessions unlike some other agents. Jake was easy to get hold of to arrange surveys and answer queries, and always responded to emails promptly.

Hunters Harborne have been absolutely brilliant throughout a 2 year tenancy arranged through them. Sophie and Dean especially are both absolutely brilliant, and have always been quick, efficient and super friendly! Overall, living in the area has been fantastic, largely due to Hunters! Would recommend anyone looking for a place in Harborne or surrounding areas to go through them!

This is the best estate agency to work with. Found myself a nice home because of the professional and unbiased attitude of the agent that facilitated the visit. He listened to me carefully, provided expert advice and went the extra mile in making the landlord consider us as tenants.
Communication was efficient and to the point, no question remained unanswered, all my queries were presented to the landlord and this led quickly to a no-hassle 24 month contract.
Compared to other agencies that went from not showing up for viewings to turning hostile when being told that there are going to be pets, Hunters is doing exemplary work.
Can't recommend them enough!

Dean, Andy and the Harborne team are all about the customer, from the initial taking of photographs and measuring right through to completion.
My journey with Dean and the team was a long and arduous one (due to my lease extension being a condition of sale) but throughout the 6 month timescales it took to complete nothing was too much trouble. It did't matter that my knowledge of the market place was rusty due to being in the same property for 15 years they were all behind me, it was very stressful at times with first time buyers two lots of solicitors all wanting bits and bobs of information coupled with a managing agent that were slower than slow, but the team demonstrated an air of calmness together with a can do attitude and always the ultimate professionals in their field...
I cannot thank Dean, Andy and team enough for their dedicated and unfaltering support throughout.
Highly recommended, peace of mind is critical when moving property and Hunters in Harborne go over and above on a daily basis..
