Infinity Property Solutions is an impeccable high class customer service focused service from the moment you first contact them to the finalisation of your sale/purchase.
I have bought and sold through Infinity and its been an easy and seamless process throughout. The customer service is in a league of its own and I can safely say I have never experienced such a high level of customer service before! In particular I have had the pleasure of dealing with Satish Patel, Jay and Kamlesh Singara. Kamlesh dealt with the sale of my property with such professionalism. He took the time to find out about what I was looking to achieve and delivered this and more! He is an extremley highly skilled and personable professional, achieving an offer for me on the first open day for my property!! Kamlesh has kept me updated every step of the way and ensured I am happy with everything.

Excellent company to deal with. I was a first time buyer and went to many agents to help me find a home for my family but all agencies seemed rushed and did not take me and wife seriously. I found this little gem of a company through Instagram and I am so glad i did. They listened to our needs and wants and showed us properties and spent some serious time with us over the phone and we viewed a fair amount or properties with no no feeling of being rushed. Once we decided on a property we were advised on what the next steps were, what to expect and the time frame it would take approximately. Even after completing the process I was called to see how I was settling in the new home. The process from start to finish was exceptional and would recommend this agency anyone with a click of a finger!

Before putting the property up for sale,

My brother recommended Infinity to me and I can now see why. Kam and Kam (what are the chances) weren’t just professional in their approach but were personal, which is something I valued the most. I felt as I was their only client, something rare that many organisations struggle to achieve. Kam was at the end of the phone every time. He also gave me more sound advice than my solicitor did.
