Very bad experience. I called them for rent a property they told me your income is not enough without knowing my salary or checking salary slip or bank statement.
When i called them they always say your agent is not here call tomorrow. Never give proper answer. Very unprofessional. One lady is very rude. Very bad service i have ever seen.

Someone at this company is using this telephone number to contact escorts and harass them. The harassment needs to stop, as you can there are 39 reports so far. They’ve also contacted me as well many times to harass me. It’s ridiculous now and needs to stop

I just call to rent a house , and when they hear that right now i am pregnant and i am in maternity but i was trying to say that my husband work and i work part time like Nail Technician , they was so rude and say that the house has gone i will contact you if i have something... I don't recommend nobbody to call this company for anything...

If you don't mind paying rude, unorganised staff who own less than half a brain cell who also fail to put your deposit into a protection scheme, then this is the place for you! -100/10 would recommend!

I have recently sold my house through Allan Howard & Co and I found them to be extremely professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning when they started to market our property right to the day of completion. I would highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent a property within the local area.
