I have been using Sonia Estates for full management of my rental property for over a year.
There service from finding suitable tenants and follow up is excellent,their response time is very quick regarding clarification of any questions or issues.
Their 6 monthly inspection is detailed and concise.
They keep me informed at every stage and allow me independence to make my own decisions when I want to .
In particular I would like to mention Jyoti and Sheena ,both of whom take great care for their clients and again respond very quickly and courteously.

Really rude and unprofessional they always try to have one up on you and never hqve i seen them be committed estate agents and resolve issues or tenant concerns if you accuse them of not doing their job properly they start harassing and shouting and if you chase them for repairs they stop replying after 1 or 2 emails. absolutely disgraceful

Absolute waste of our time and money, took 3 months to fix a toilet leak . Also they left us a whole month with no water for the toilet . They call my wife 6 time , different dates ,days telling here that the technician will come to fix the issue and never came , we lost a lot of money due to the problem .
The buzzer is broken. Our parcels are getting stolen ,they don't care about anyting . Our extractor never worked .our heating never worked , it's been almost 2 years since we stay here , the didn't do anything about it. Run away from this agency.
They will also text you call you in within 3 days if you don't pay the rent in full , but will tell you for 3 months , that they're sistem works this way . Absolutely disappointed.
All the comments are true, with proof, mails messging , videos and photos .

They are very good in finding an house in London at a time when we were struggling to get a house. And all the process were smooth and Hassel free. Their work ethics are good compared to other estate agents

I lived for more than 2 years in a 1 bedroom flat managed by Sonia estate. I had just moved to UK then and it was me renting for the first time here. During my stay my perception of Sonia state was better than average. They came across friendly ppl who would address any issues in reasonable amount of time. However, after leaving the apartment the story is completely different.
After vacating the property I was fairly relaxed about my deposit money and didn't follow it much as I was sure of "good natured" Sonia estate to return the money ASAP. But when nothing seemed to happen I called them after almost 3 months informing of this and the very next day they send me an email stating deduction of , hold on to your chairs, of 610 pounds. That too for absolutely minor damages which I still maintain were part of normal wear and tear. I literally spend 2 sleepless nights pondering on this. I felt it was sort of a betrayal, though I know it's business and I shouldn't have been expecting any friendly behaviour from any estate agent.
Anyway, I communicated with Sonia estate about these unfair deductions and they quite purposefully were trying to make them look like intentional damages to property. And after few emails, stopped responding to me all together. Also they did not even return my undisputed deposit amount of more than 700 pounds. Which I think was a bullying or intimidation tactic to settle me for what they were offering.
As I was not making any headway with them I made a formal complaint with deposit protection agency. Only after a formal complaint Sonia estate released the undisputed amount. The matter went on with agency for another 3 months. Finally I got a verdict and I think it's a proper mirror to them. The adjudicator has deemed them to keep 180 pounds and release the remaining money. I hope Sonia estate have read the verdict the comments made by adjudicator and learn some work ethics. I think this is more than generous amount for them to keep but I hope there is further scrutiny into their deduction from others so no other tenant falls victim to their bullying tactic.
So in a nut shell I would say all the people and specially the ones who are new to UK who are renting from these ppl should be aware of their rights and be careful while dealing with them or any other agent. I hope this review is useful for tenants, if anyone has any questions please post a reply and I will try to answer ASAP.

One stop Agency for all your Tenancy need. Superb Customer Service. Despite changing home / referencing etc.. are complex, Kamal Shah ( Manager ) is so helpful and makes Move In / Move out Very simple. Every staff is very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Jamie has no clue about Covid 19 and measures that should be in place to protect vulnerable people in shared accommodation. Not able to hold conversation or deal with serious complaint professionally or otherwise!

I am very happy and it was hassel free when I first took apartment on rent with Sonia Estate in Wembley. They are really good, responsive bunch of people who performed all the formalities quickly while moving-in. They are super responsive during my stay in their managed apartment and resolved the problems very quickly. You can expect essential services in an hour time from them. Moreover, they are really good when you even move out from their property. I recommend readers for Sonia Estates and their prompt and responsive service.
