I have used Phillip Shaw over the years to secure tenancies and cannot thank Akhil enough for the work he put into securing the tenancy agreements for my flats. He was very honest and answered every question I had. Akhil made the process so seamless and was always transparent. Even after moving, he has been available to answer any queries or concerns that have come up. I would definitely recommend Phillip Shaw when looking for properties! They really do look after their clients.

My family and I have had a really good experience from the start of the tenancy. It is mainly due to the professionalism and honesty of Mr Akhil, who was very clear every step of the way and made our move possible. Any issue we had was dealt with promptly. We will be willing to rent from them again in the future, as it is really hard to find a good estate agent nowadays.

My experience with Phillips Shaw was great. Although we never rented a property from them, we were very close to doing so until we found a better property elsewhere that was more suitable for our needs. Andra and Shyam are very coordinated and polite, taking matters very professionally.
Even though we started the referencing process and had to cancel near our start date, they were happy to refund half the money as a goodwill gesture. Andra was one of the only estate agents who took our request seriously and listened to our current family situation, finding a very suitable home, although we ultimately found a better match elsewhere. She was also extremely polite and I have not seen better service from an agent anywhere else. The attention to detail was unexpected and they know their stuff very well!
Regardless, the service was amicable, and any issues were resolved quickly and professionally. They are very truthful people. Therefore, I highly recommend them. They’re also very easygoing, and you can ask for special requests which they will be happy to cater to. Although I don’t rent from them, I recommend them for anyone to use.
Sorry about not going through with the rental agreement however I am confident you guys will find suitable tenants quickly seeing you guys are great at what you do. They work fast!

My experience with Phillipshaw was excellent, they really understood the tenants requirements and suggested only those properties which are most suitable. Staff Andra and Akhil, coordinated well with us from property search to moving in and settling down.

it's Usless agencies as they're trying to force you using goodlord references checks when goodlord doesn't have anything except online banking if you're renting for your old person he wont pass
