I would like to share my experience with you guys, future buyers.
We had view on the property on SE19.... and we love it! It was on 08.07. 2022. Dharmesh CEO of the company said to us, You guys are family and i always trying to help family, first buyers get first property and he promises to us support us.
Well, i am writing today, 27.07.2023
We got the keys for our home! Its SE193NF, Today we officially got the flat, Dharmesh, you are the best, it's been long jorney as we had tenant reposition issue, but as of today, we finaly hold our property keys, and we are the owners of the flat.
Dharmesh, thank you so much again and Iproperyuk made our dream came true!??

I was recomemded iProperty by one of my very reliable friend. I am a landlord and recently i asked Dhermash to find me a suitable tenent for my flat in East Croydon. If I could give 5.5 out of 5 I would have given so.
When I decided to finally move to the UK this October, I saw a post in Facebook from iPropertyUK. Although i was based in Singapore that time, Dharmesh always have been helpful not only answering all queries we had, but also helped for a smooth transition. He even took care of how we are settling in and helped answer all queries even after we moved in.
It was absolute pleasure to find someone in today’s world, no questions asked iPropertyUK was a live saver for us to find a property in current market condition.

excellent agency and magnificent landlord, when you report that something is wrong in the house, they have an almost immediate response. They are very good at communicating when renting you the things you need and they give you your space so you can gather it. They give you the house in very good conditions and if you require any changes they do it.
