    What can we say about Rhys ? Well you won’t find a better estate agent ! He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through.
