   We are very happy with the support we’ve received from Blake as well with Jack, from viewing time, during the process (referencing) until contract signing and moving into the property. They have been extremely attentive and responsive to all of our concerns, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Communication has been clear and reassuring throughout, which made settling into the house much easier. We really appreciate their dedication and excellent service. We are extremely grateful for the outstanding support Blake has provided since we moved into the property. He is very hands-on and genuinely attentive to our concerns. When new white goods were delivered and the delivery team did not install or set them up, Blake went above and beyond expectations. Even though he was off duty, he took the time to come in and personally fix and set everything up for us. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference and really showed how much he cares about his tenants.    I can highly recommend Emma from Robert Leech in Reigate. From our first meeting she then kept us updated at every stage. She sent several viewers from the time the property was marketed and secured a sale very quickly. At exchange, Emma went above and beyond the call of duty in persuading the solicitor to turn her computer back on and complete the exchange, as the solicitor was ready to leave for the Christmas break.     We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above....     I've had such a bad experience with Laurels. My flat was put on the market, and after the initial guy I dealt with there (who was lovely) left the agency, no one contacted me for weeks. It was like no one was looking me. Finally someone reached out, but months later, no viewings, no interest and with a total lack of communication, I decided to move to another agency. I put my notice in, waiting 4 weeks as per the contract, and now no one will ring me back after saying they will ring me back in 5 mins/later today. Even ringing up the main number explaining how unhappy I was didn't help. I would never use them again!... Read more

    I had an awful experience, I would not recommend. I contacted Pam within the office working hours ( I contacted her on two different occasions and I was sent a message saying, we are currently unavailable - out of office hours) I contacted her between 3 and 4 pm despite their finishing hours at 6 pm. She was avoiding answering my questions regarding a property, whenever I would contact her, she would avoid me. When I attempted to contact her via phone call, unfortunately, she was having a runaround with me( ineffective communication, making things more complicated than they needed to be and avoiding being straightforward with me regarding my questions about a property) I truly got an unsettling vibe from her. Pam has assured me that she would get in contact with me and answer my queries, to this current day she is still misleading me. it was even more unpleasant the tone and how she spoke to me it was very dismissive and seemed as if she could care less. If you want to be treated with respect and have your queries valued, I would not recommend this agency!!!! What made things even worse was when I went to the viewing, the member of staff who was showing me around the property, got into an unpleasant back-and-forth with the current room mate. He shut her down midway during the conversation in a very harsh and unpleasant tone. Then disclosed personal information about other candidate. I thought to myself if he feels this comfortable in disclosing personal, about the candidates background, family dynamic, ocation of current resident- What is not to say that he could do the same about my information.
