Well, what can I say this is an amazing company. From start to finish they were absolutely excellent. Kept in touch daily with activity or otherwise. Accompanied viewings to suit me and my awkward dogs with timings etc. Interest/feedback given directly after viewings. Once a sale agreed I had updates regularly. They kept in touch with both solicitors and updated me whether good or bad news. I knew exactly what was going on every day. Tash and her team were exemplary. My partner bought a house from this estate agents and he found them absolutely first rate for customer service. They were always readily available for questions at the end of the phone and were always extremely helpful in the house buying process. My partner would complain bitterly (at length) about the fact he hadn’t picked Jeremy Jenkins to sell his former home instead of the (unnamed!) agents he went with. From the first phone call to the last meeting. Jeremy Jenkins (big shout out to Tash!…she is a prize fighter in this estate agents world) was everything you’d expect but rarely get once you’ve signed on the dotted line for service.
