The level of service, kindness and local knowledge provided by Jeremy Jenkins was outstanding. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. I found them to be highly professional, friendly, easy to deal with, straightforward, reliable and pragmatic. In my view, they are by far the best estate agent in Bradford on Avon. Well, what can I say this is an amazing company. From start to finish they were absolutely excellent. Kept in touch daily with activity or otherwise. Accompanied viewings to suit me and my awkward dogs with timings etc. Interest/feedback given directly after viewings. Once a sale agreed I had updates regularly. They kept in touch with both solicitors and updated me whether good or bad news. I knew exactly what was going on every day. Tash and her team were exemplary. Sadly I am no longer in the area but hopefully wont need to sell for a bit. Would definitely recommend them as the best agent ever. Skill and expertise.

I was acting as an Administrator of an estate and Jeremy Jenkins managed the sale of the property. The team were very professional and did an excellent job. I was made to feel at ease at all stages of the process. There can be additional procedures involved in a sale of this kind and they were always on hand to give advice when needed. I would use them again if buying or selling a property and I would recommend them to anyone.

The team are great listeners. They work well together, and were with me every step of the way during every part of the buying and selling process.
I am very grateful to Tash in particular, who responded so promptly and perceptively to the complications I ran into on my house moving journey.
Jeremy Jenkyns and their group of dedicated staff join the dots - leaving no lose ends. Nothing phases them! - they know their job inside out, and took me with them in the process. I knew where I was, what was happening, and best of all I could safely trust them to keep all the moving parts working together. They actively worked to connect buyer, seller and solicitors. Nothing ran aground or ground to a halt - largely due to their diligence in keeping the show on the road.
Proactive professional approachable and in the loop. I’d recommend them to anyone

My partner bought a house from this estate agents and he found them absolutely first rate for customer service.
They were always readily available for questions at the end of the phone and were always extremely helpful in the house buying process. My partner would complain bitterly (at length) about the fact he hadn’t picked Jeremy Jenkins to sell his former home instead of the (unnamed!) agents he went with.
From the first phone call to the last meeting. Jeremy Jenkins (big shout out to Tash!…she is a prize fighter in this estate agents world) was everything you’d expect but rarely get once you’ve signed on the dotted line for service. My partner and I can’t praise them enough!!
MORE than 5 stars!!! Will defiantly return with more custom in the future
