I would recommend Stacey and the letting team at John Bray very highly. They managed a short term let on my rental property efficiently and professionally and I felt totally confident and reassured throughout the whole process from finding the tenants to managing the property through to the end of tenancy process. Stacey in particular was very knowledgeable and gave helpful and honest unbiased advice. I have rented the property through a number of local management agents over the years with mixed results - the team at John Bray have been the best by far.

I rented an ensuite room trough this company and it was a great experience
First, when I needed, they dealt with everything fast and in a very pleasant manner
Second, when I had a problem with my landlady, who was managing the house, they help me all the way to the journey to finally be able to secure another place, all the staff has been supportive and understanding, conducting everything in a kind professional manner

John Bray and especially Tom on their team have been excellent! We rented our flat through them and have taken the option for full management. Absolutely excellent service! They have handled everything for us superbly (and like a few people in St Leonards - thanks to Southern Water we have had more than our fair share of issues) keeping us informed and keeping on top of everything. Having heard horror stories about estate agents handling rental on behalf of tenants I was a little worried, but they have made it stress and hassle free - I highly recommend them!

Stacey, Robbie and Tom are a great team, they were quick to take our instruction and list the property and find our tenants within the month.
They communicated with us throughout the process, being in London we need an agent we can rely on, and this is exactly what we got.
They didn’t over promise but certainly delivered !
