Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave.
Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her.
All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

My first contact to provide a valuation for my property was with Julie and meeting with Reiss for the valuation, I easily made my selection for John German to proceed with the Sale.
The Advertising and Viewing was expedient and offers were considered and Selection of offer was made within 2 weeks due to considerable efforts by all concerned.

Cannot fault John German Estate Agents in Stafford. Extremely professional and helpful and I would highly recommend.
As the property we were selling was empty and we did not live in Stafford, they dealt with all viewings and offers and exceeded our expectations in the service offered. Thank you in particular to Reiss Hall-Williams for his help and advice along the way.

John German have managed our rental properties since 2010, apart from a brief interlude. They are proactive in informing us of our legal obligations as well as providing solutions. They have always ensured that we have lovely tenants, who are also very happy with the service provided by the JG Stafford team. Any issues are dealt with promptly through their contacts with reliable and professional tradespeople. Their proactivity when tenancies end and begin has resulted in minimal empty periods. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

If I was selling my house I would never use these. Called to arrange a viewing for a property I was interested in, agent took all my details then when I told her that my house was not yet on the market she refused to let me go for a viewing. I explained that the area we are moving from has a very fast moving market so wanted to find somewhere before we put ours up as we knew it would sell quickly. She said someone would get back to me but they never did. Saw another property with a different agent which we loved put my house on the market and it sold within a week. The house we wanted to view with John German is still on the market now.

My experience was very pleasant, friendly and with the problem of the pandemicthe viewings were carried out by John German because of my health issues. Having recently sold my property with John German, I was very pleased with their professionalism and communication throughout.
From the initial valuation and assessment done by Reiss who did a great job marketing the property, to Julie Gomersall who progressed the sale and stayed in regular contact with me and my buyer and solicitors throughout.
Julie gave excellent advice and managed relationships between all parties from start to finish.
I can recommend John German and would use them again.

Nice enough staff but literally messed up everything possible so I would not recommend going anywhere near them.
They booked the valuation on the wrong day.
Then they booked the second appointment at wrong time.
The write up for brochure was awful and full of grammatical errors so we had to rewrite it.
They promised glossy brochures then didn't do them, when we asked for one they just did a print out.
The Agent showed up to do the first viewing while we were out with no knowledge of the property and without the questionnaire/forms full of information about the property that they asked us to fill in and they still won't answer why that happened.

Potential Vendor? No Chance. I called to ask about house prices and Charlie Hamilton said that he "did not have time" to help me. It was only when he ended the conversation and I asked for his managers name 'Paul Barnes', that he said that he will call me back in 10 minutes and he did... after that experience, I will not be dealing with this estate agent AGAIN!
