John German were very professional from our initial survey to the final sales point.
All the staff in the Uttoxeter office couldn't have been more helpful, I would strongly recommend John German to anyone looking to sell or buy property in this area.

I cannot thank or recommend John German enough for their help with our recent purchase. Madeline in sales was really helpful and professional in arranging viewings on several properties and getting our sale arranged, thank you!
But I must say without the help and support from Jessica in Sales Progression we wouldn't be in our new home. We encountered more than a few hurdles on our journey, and her help and expertise were invaluable! She was absolutely fantastic, there was nothing she would stop at in order to get us and our entire chain moving. Without her proactive approach I genuinely think this chain would've collapsed at the final hurdle. We can't thank her enough for all she did for us. We will absolutely be recommending John German to anyone wanting to buy/sell/let in future! Thank you so much

Recently completed on my first home through John German and the service has been incredible. Emily contacted me as soon as the property became available again and has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She arranged multiple viewings for us and was really flexible accounting for our work hours. She kept me informed throughout alongside Becci who handled my purchase directly. She ensured I was copied into any relevant emails and was very quick at responding to my queries. I'm really grateful to the whole team at John German Uttoxeter for helping me purchase my first home and would highly recommend them to any buyer. They were by far the best estate agent I dealt with when looking for my first home and best at communication. Staff were also really friendly in the office when I went to collect the keys too. Thanks again to all the team!!

Booked a valuation with Chloe. We decided to proceed but she asked us to call our other estate agent that the property is marketed with and confirm they were happy to do a dual-market. Called them and they confirmed it was ok. Emailed John German to confirm and get photos booked in as they knew we needed to move fast. We then had a phone call from a colleague asking for more proof. We told them that it was all done verbally and they said they would get Chloe to contact us to book the photos in. The weekend passed with no contact so I called Monday but had no response from Chloe. Spoke with reception who said that Chloe was again requesting more proof. I explained that I am not keep providing proof, she either wants the business or doesn’t but to let us know ASAP as we only have 6 weeks to sell our house. I told them to call the other estate agent to get ‘proof’. The receptionist said she would get Chloe to call me after her next appointment but we heard nothing so have booked someone else. An absolute waste of time.

John German were 100% professional from the very first visit through to completion. They were honest and factual and managed the sale extremely efficiently.
Communications is very important during what can be a stressful experience they were brilliant keeping us informed at all times.
Would thoroughly recommend them.
