What can I say - the brief version is that without Hamptons and Paddi Denvir in particular we know we would not have managed to exchange when we did. Impossible to conceive of getting through these transactions without stress, but we are so grateful to Paddi and the team for taking so much of that stress on for us and pushing this through, it made a huge difference. Real transactions specialists are hard to find. Highly highly recommended - and I'm afraid that is the first time I've felt that way after 6 house moves :) Well done to this team !

Hamptons Sevenoaks recently handled both our sale and purchase. The service throughout the 5 month process was simply outstanding - can’t think of a single thing to fault them on. Shout outs to Christian, Laura and Paddi. The entire team is excellent though, working as a cohesive unit consistently - there is always someone there to handle enquiries. Parts of the journey were really tricky, but this office went above and beyond to progress matters.

The Hamptons Sevenoaks Letting Team has provided a fully managed letting service for my property for the last 10 years. I have found their professionalism, expertise and support invaluable; especially in dealing with the expectations of very demanding tenants.
Over the years, the team (Mark, Rose, Calum & Daisy) has been successful at minimising the gaps between tenancies by crisp marketing, clear communications and well-structured documentation processes.
During tenancies, the team has dealt promptly & efficiently with issues raised by our tenants and escalated any issues for my attention in a timely manner. Hamptons has access to a good pool of trusted contractors who can be engaged to attend to any issues at my property, to ensure any inconvenience to my tenants is minimised.

Found Hamptons as Managing Agents to be fine during tenancy.
However, I have found them unfair, unreasonable, unprofessional, lacking in professional integrity and complicit in misrepresentation within a schedule of damages and compensation due from a tenants deposit. Items outside of a tenants legal obligations as far as repair included illegitimately inflating costs claimed.

I am writing this review as a warning to anyone who is thinking of renting a property from Hamptons Sevenoaks estate agents, you will not receive all your deposit back in full even if you leave the property in immaculate condition,
We had to make an offer for the property to have any chance for renting we were there for 12 months, the first 3 months of living there involved numerous repair work to the building involving scaffolding being put up,
We moved out in June of this year leaving the property cleaner than we moved in even the inspection from Hamptons we’re told the rental left so clean,
So our shock came when Hamptons deposit office ranj sunsoa took £800 deduction of our deposit listing a number of things found faulty which we know was a lie and just a way of making extra money, no way we going to pay this money and as we questioned about the items they reduced it eventually down to £220
We still argued about the deduction wanting to charge us for leaving a black bin bag left outside to be removed by the council rubbish collection, we then complained to the TDS to which they in favour of estate agents, we had to accept the amount of £220 deduction or we would not get the rest , apparently we lost out because I was out of time because our email went to the No reply mail box by mistake, be careful when renting from Hamptons in Sevenoaks they are a disgraceful estate agents ,

Our experience with Hamptons was very positive. They were professional and helpful throughout our search for a new rental property. Matilda Blundell in particular was very proactive in trying to find somewhere else for us, when the offer we made wasn't accepted. Given how crazy the market is at the moment, many letting agents clearly don't feel they need to do much to rent properties out, which leaves prospective tenants like us constantly chasing and following up (thank God for rightmove!). That was NOT the case with the Hamptons team and Matilda in particular. I think we contacted four agents in Sevenoaks during our search, to arrange viewings, but only Hamptons got back to us! Ultimately we found a property in another area, but thank you to Hamptons for trying hard to help us, especially Matilda and Mark.

After not selling through Yopa who are like purple bricks but cheaper, we thought we’d do it properly and use a high street one. We met 5 and Debbie was by far and the away the nicest and the most trustworthy after a disappointing experience with Yopa. We were then passed to Christian who as said in previous reviews goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was there to support us right from the start to the very end. The sale would have taken so much longer if he wasn’t involved and he was able to put any worries to bed. There was also Paddi who was a joy to talk to when Christian was away. She always remembered who you were and was always able to make you laugh. If you pride your house move, for god’s sake don’t look any further!

Our vendor used Hamptons Sevenoaks and we will be eternally grateful for that. Paddi was without a doubt the only professional out of a small chain of solicitors, conveyancers and agents who pulled their weight and actually cared enough to make things happen.
Every day for two months Paddi was there fighting everyone's corner and at the eleventh hour (5pm on the day the stamp duty holiday ended) phoned us to say we'd completed. Before we rushed to collect the keys, we rushed to get her a bottle of fizz! I honestly don't believe we'd be in our new home today were it not for Paddi. A consummate professional.

After months of searching the local area of Sevenoaks for a property to rent, we registered with a number of Agents within the area and town. My wife initially spoke with Bobbie @ Hamptons Sevenoaks, was the only agent to keep us up to date with what was coming onto the market, none of the others bothered. On finding a property with Hamptons and agreeing terms, Bobbie has kept us up to date with the progress every step of the way, the Hamptons process in itself has been very professional and nothing too much trouble. If you're looking for an agent either to sell your property or to find a rental go to these Guys, their costs may be a little more but for their Proactive approach you will see the rewards.

When I originally put my property on the market it was with an alternative agent that I had been advised to use. Unfortunately, the experience with the initial agent was less than satisfactory which meant I had to find a new agent. From the time of initially meeting Deborah, the Sales Manager of Hamptons Sevenoaks I could see how much she wanted to sell my property and understood exactly what would need to be done to achieve a sale. Deborah also gave some really good consultative advice on tweaks we could make to the property to make it more desirable.
Hamptons took over the marketing of my property and the experience from the original agent to Hamptons was like night and day. The whole team were properly briefed on the property with those needing to see the property coming to visit it so they could ask further questions and gather information that a potential buyer may need. They were all genuinely interested and passionate about marketing my property. The quality of the marketing material produced was also far superior to the alternative agent capturing the property perfectly.
Once launched, both Christian and Laura managed the appointment booking process excellently and both worked incredibly hard to ensure a buyer was secured in the shortest time possible. Once a sale was agreed Laura’s attention to detail and speed of response was superb.
I cannot recommend Hamptons highly enough and they will be my first port of call when selling property. Deborah should be proud of her team.

In so many respects I wish I'd bumped into Christian,Debbie,Laura and all the team at Hampton's when I was first thinking about putting my house on the market (which was a process that started back in early 2018 with other agents, alongside the Brexit issue) !!!. I think the house would have sold a lot earlier and as a result not caused me so much personal anxiety and troubles in the process.By the Spring of this year Hamptons were given the green light by way of a last throw of the dice, The Team were very pro-active,worked hard behind the scenes and tried to match my house to their client base and elsewhere too...and as a result there were more viewings than I expected or could have hoped for in comparison with the past. I have just completed on my flat and Christian who was the main person at Hamptons handling the sale was excellent. We had a difficult situation dealing with management company and the buyers solicitors who were horrendous but Christian was on at them every minute to get things moved along. Apart from finding a buyer very quickly he was positive and encouraging as other parties delayed the sale. He was in constant contact with me and replied immediately to my emails. As I am abroad he also went to read the meters today to ensure completion. I thoroughly recommend Hamptons as they were also a very good rental agency for me for the property before my decision to sell.

When we decided to put our 120 year old cottage on the market last August we had 3 Agents come to value it.
Carl was the last to come and as he came through the door we knew we would go with Hampton's.
His energy gave us confidence to sign Hampton's up, which we did immediately.
At first there was talk of an open house but they'd had so much interest that the 'open day' was brought forward.
Hampton's marketed our house so beautifully that there were lot's of people come and view.
Henry came with the people so we had nothing to do.
Within 10 days we had two couples vying for it.
Eventually Henry negotiated wonderfully for us and got us the best price, nearly the asking price.
We would have no hesitation but to use Hampton's again and to endorse them.
What we also thought was wonderful was that Carl introduced and brought his team round to the house so everything was very relaxed with them.
