Excellent service from Keith at Hadlands.
We were looking for a short term(6-8 months) Rental property while our house was being renovated. Due to short term let and pet dog we were having difficulty finding this.
The first property Hadlands found us fell through as the owner decided to sell.
Keith was very proactive in finding us another property and we are now moved in.

Mark Hough, the property manager @Hadlands is a pleasure to deal with. I rent a flat through Hadlands and have done for nearly 2 years. Whenever an issue arises, he deals with it quickly and reliably. My pilot light on my boiler went out twice and on the first occasion, Mark arranged for the engineer to come that afternoon and it was relit, leaving me with a lovely warm flat. A week later, the same engineer came back on the same day that I had reported the pilot light had gone out again, and replaced a part. This has been the same quality service for anything else that has required attention.

I have contact this estate agent on Saturday to enquire about property. I was told the property is still available and Keith is out of office but will contact me back. I was even willing to do the vewing same or next day. Keith never contacted me. Doesnt cost anything to contact me back and at least let me know that the property is gone. This just shows the customer/tenant care provided by them. I definetely won't use them and wouldnt recommend them, unless you like to be ignored.

For the last 12 years Hadlands have let my rental property for me. Their knowledge of the local market has meant they give accurate valuations which result in suitable tenants without void periods, even when the rental market is slow. Recently when I came to sell the property I had the same helpful and efficient service I have come to rely on from them.

I was treated very badly by this company. Keith who spoke to me was very full on when I called. Telling me the property I was interested in would be gone if I waited a few days to view it. Then after quoting me a weeks deposit just to get a credit check that I would lose if my credit was bad ( who’s isn’t these days !!
I offered to pay a years rent up front and his response was so negative and I quote ‘things are stacked against you” he then asked if my husband could pay !!
I have no husband which he didn’t even bother to find out. How intrusive and unprofessional. He is the type of person who gives estate agents the bad reputation of being rude and pushy. He called me to follow up as I missed going to the appointment. I was told I didn’t sell myself very well ?? Re bad credit .
I was then told “it wasn’t meant to be “

I am a tenant of a property that Hadlands manage, I have dealt with Mark over the last couple of days regarding a plumbing issue that was causing some damage to the inside of the home. Initially we had some issues with being able to seek the appropriate help needed but Mark was on hand every step, guiding us and trying to gain answers for us as quickly and professionally as he could. We had several phone calls and were met with a few instructions, But, during these difficult times, we feel that Mark handled our issue promptly, in superb time and most importantly professionally. The issue is now sorted and within close proximity to 24 hours of being notified of the issue, reducing the possibility of further damage and resources! Stay away!!! This lot will simply rob you. They tried to charge me £1971 out of my £2188 deposit at the end of my tenancy. I went though the DPS (Dispute) process and won my case. Luckly I didn't have to pay a their claim at end, but can you imagine the hassel we went though. I honesly telling you, please, please, please avoid this lot. They are the most dishonest and crural people I ever deal in my life.
If you still have to deal with them, take lot of pictures, make sure you collect enough evidance to defend yourself. And be prepaire for DPS process.
I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Really bad service. Avoid and don't spend time. I have agreed with them a view. If I wouldn't call them just 1hour before they would let me to go there for nonexistent appointment because they let the property to someone else already.

Having just moved back from the US, we had only a week to find a rental all the while working full days with no personal car. Hadlands helped us out immensely showing us the places we wanted to see during the limited free time we had, even drove us to 2 of them using the company car normally purposed for sale showings. Once we decided on a place, they got the process done fast and accommodated our needs perfectly, no difficulty whatsoever. Excellent customer service especially from Rebecca and a young blonde man (forget his name--sorry)!

Bewrae of these people. They are absolutely horrible when it comes to fixing issues at home and miving out from the place. All they care about is your money, even if this means risking your and your kida safety.
They have tried to keep the deposit, and now a arbitration process in ongoing. I would have rather paid £100 more and go somewhere else.
