We picked a local agency with a good priced package. The main issue and reason for the low scores is their very poor communication with ourselves and with viewers. They were relying on an auto email system to confirm viewings. We never received any of those emails and had a number of viewers that never turned up. Having cleaned the house from top to bottom and sat waiting to have no shows, then find out the no shows had never received confirmation of the viewing was very annoying. The last viewer that turned up told us it took 3 attempts to arrange a viewing and she was at the point of just putting a note through our door to arrange directly. Without the viewings you can't sell, so to have so much of our time wasted we cannot recommend this company.... Read more

Very negative experience from the start trying to sell my property with Lora Elizabeth Estate agents. I went with this estate agents as this is who I purchased the property from. 1 day after the 14 day cooling off period I got a call to say the asking price was dropping 10k (funny how it happens 1 day into my contract where now I legally cannot exit after they'd dragged out the process of loading up pictures and actually marketing the property) My house was up for sale with Lora Elizabeth's for 7 weeks and no for sale sign had been put up outside the property at any point. I wasn't given any feedback or information on the house viewings which makes me thing did they even happen? And to top it all off after I came out the contract I was told by andrea that my key would be posted through the letterbox. No. A random set of keys were posted through my letterbox (Lora is adamant this is not them thats posted this set of keys) and my house key "destroyed" as I "failed" to collect within seven days. Contacted Lora about this random set of keys to be told she had no idea and it was complete coincidence how they got there and they played no part in posting them even though Andrea (conveniently no longer in the business) informed me my set would be posted as they were closed over the Bank Holiday. The service was shoddy from the get go and I will never in my life recommend this estate agents to sell a property. You might as well do it yourself ????... Read more

I have used Lora Elizabeth's Estate agency to sell 4 houses for me to date. What I find particularly good from Lora is her straight talking, can do attitude. The houses I have sold and I see she sells for others are priced realistically to achieve a quick sale. Not only have I achieved quick sales through Lora and the team I have been very impressed with the after sales. There aren't many agents who put so much work in until contracts are exchanged but these definitely keep pushing to ensure all parties can complete in a timely manner. I will certainly use Lora and her team again and would happily recommend them to anyone else looking to sell a house.... Read more
