This estate agent is over- valuing houses and when valuations from mortgage lenders reflect this she doesn’t answer phone calls and is extremely rude by email. She then puts houses back on the market without speaking to clients to discuss matters further.

Very negative experience from the start trying to sell my property with Lora Elizabeth Estate agents. I went with this estate agents as this is who I purchased the property from. 1 day after the 14 day cooling off period I got a call to say the asking price was dropping 10k (funny how it happens 1 day into my contract where now I legally cannot exit after they'd dragged out the process of loading up pictures and actually marketing the property)
My house was up for sale with Lora Elizabeth's for 7 weeks and no for sale sign had been put up outside the property at any point.
I wasn't given any feedback or information on the house viewings which makes me thing did they even happen?
And to top it all off after I came out the contract I was told by andrea that my key would be posted through the letterbox. No. A random set of keys were posted through my letterbox (Lora is adamant this is not them thats posted this set of keys) and my house key "destroyed" as I "failed" to collect within seven days.
Contacted Lora about this random set of keys to be told she had no idea and it was complete coincidence how they got there and they played no part in posting them even though Andrea (conveniently no longer in the business) informed me my set would be posted as they were closed over the Bank Holiday.
The service was shoddy from the get go and I will never in my life recommend this estate agents to sell a property. You might as well do it yourself ????

I have used Lora Elizabeth's Estate agency to sell 4 houses for me to date. What I find particularly good from Lora is her straight talking, can do attitude. The houses I have sold and I see she sells for others are priced realistically to achieve a quick sale. Not only have I achieved quick sales through Lora and the team I have been very impressed with the after sales. There aren't many agents who put so much work in until contracts are exchanged but these definitely keep pushing to ensure all parties can complete in a timely manner. I will certainly use Lora and her team again and would happily recommend them to anyone else looking to sell a house.

I do not recommend this agency! total lack of professionalism. We had an appointment for this Saturday to look at the house for sale, and today I called to say it's sold. what?! so why do you arrange people? We didn't even have time to look at it and we called the next day after it was added. you're making fun of people. pathetic. worst agency in Mansfield.

Poor beyond belief, lack of communication, nor getting back to me when I've left voicemail and emails. I'm convinced lora had advised her staff not to reply to me at all. I was accused of removing the sold board so as to show the for sale board. Even more laughable Telling my ex wife this!
I had to get my solictor involved due to lack of contact from them as promised of once a fortnight. After having had enough after a month of waiting.
The house is now up.for sale.with a much better and professional estate agents
Talks the talk but doesn't back it up!
I will never recommend these....avoid!

Unfortunately it did not work out for us. No communication unless we instigated it. What bothered me most was trying to call to discuss something but no answer and no voicemail option, call was not returned until 30 hours later. If I was a potential buyer trying to make a viewing appointment I would have given up. Hopefully things have improved now that I’ve seen recruitment adverts for the agency.

Never ever use this Estate Agent!
My property was part of a chain that included this Estate Agent, never use them as they are totally incompetent. Three months ago the first time buyer who was buying a property Lora Elizabeth were selling who supposedly had an mortgage offer in principle, changed jobs. This meant starting from the beginning again with the mortgage, which they supposedly were not aware that it would affect their mortgage offer. My estate agent has spent hours/days/weeks trying to get a clear and concise answer from Lora Elizabeth as to the situation. We were told on numerous occasions that all was in order, to being told they were not involved in this chain/we are too busy to deal with it/person you need to speak to is on leave. You would expect Estate Agents to know which chains they were involved in. Eventually we were told that the new offer would not be valid until 3 months payslips had been received. All parties agreed to this. Now three months later, we have been told that the first time buyer has pulled out as its TOO STRESSFUL!
This should never have gone this far, Lora Elizabeth should have been working with the buyer/mortgage adviser/solicitor and providing precise updates as to what was happening, instead of paying lip service. Everyone in this chain has put their lives on hold on the understanding that everything was ok and there would be no issue once the final payslip had been received.
Lora Elizabeth has been the blocker all the way on this chain, which surprises me as surely she wants the money from the sale of the house she is handling.
If you are selling a property with Lora Elizabeth in your chain avoid at all costs!

Awful. Tried buying a house through them and took them a week to get back to us with information we requested, we was trying everyday to contact them. They misadvised their client (the seller) at alot of times and when the sale fell through due to the property not being mortgageable (our surveyor said it was likely the roof will fall down soon) and us trying to rectify the situation they was rude and unprofessional. Im actually glad we arnt dealing with them anymore.
However the reason I’m writing this review is the fact they have just called us to gloat they had resold the property, who does that?, i should say there was no mention of cash buyers only on the website relisting so i can only imagine this property will be back up for sale soon unless they had found a cash buyer.
Avoid. Avoid at all costs, i would never, ever put an offer on a house with these. And this isnt false accusations i have phone records and emails tracks to prove it all.

Nearly one year on from buying from this agent who insisted i used premiere property lawyers to do my conveyancing i find out today that my purchase has not been registered with land registry which is making it impossible for me to sell the property on.........nothing but problems from the day i tried to book a viewing and the lawyers they are taking a big chunk of cash from are at best useless there are other words i would like to use but take my advice if you want your purchase registered in your name do not use the conveyancers this agent push on you.

Lora valued my house and had it on the market within the same day. She then sold it within 6 days. For a house at the higher end of the market this is an unbelievable time scale.
Unlike other estate agents who take on hundreds of houses Lora chooses which to take on and gives them full focus.
Definitely recommend and will be using in the future.
