I moved in with Northwood rental property in May and Becky was amazing. Very helpful and eager. She's a 5/5 stars worker and you'll definitely be happy working with her.<br><br>After you've moved in however, don't expect any emails back or responses. It took us nearly 8 weeks just so we could have the gas cooker turned on.... The 2 stars I gave were mostly for Becky, but she doesn't handle maintenance. They could do with a Becky 2 for that.... Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.... Read more
