After two years, the owner of 'Kenneth Lloyds Limited' wants a reason for my one star review? There is MANY reasons why you are quite literally the worst estate agents/landlords I have ever rented with. Let's start with the fact that our toilet pipe burst, which meant every time the toilet was flushed, whatever was in the toilet came pouring out over the floor. You expected us to wait an ENTIRE WEEKEND without it being fixed. You told us to "use one of the many cafes' around the corners toilets". Then at the end of my tenancy you flat out refused to give my deposit back, which may I add was never put in a government recognised tenancy deposit scheme. For anyone reading this review, do not go near these absolute scam artists. Get as far away as possible before they make your life a misery.... Read more

they never answer the phone. one time they did after calling them numerous times and the man on the phone told me to call them later because he was "too busy to take my enquiry" I called later just for no one to pick up the phone. only go for this company if you want your time wasted... Read more

Now named Oliver Brooks Limited, with mobile number ending with 44432. It wasn't nice, I gave them 250£ deposit and they gave me a receipt of 170£, telling me it was a typo. In the end, when I left they gave me nothing back. Reason was, I left a rugby ball near the sofa, some duvets in the drawer and flip-flops in the wardrobe. Aside from that, they keep changing tenants for the rooms and they decided at some point to rent the storage room as a box room (unbelievable. It's probably not legal). I was victim of common assault by one of the tenant of the house. After telling them (giving them the reference number of the case), they told me they couldn't ask her to leave. As a consequence, I had to leave as per police recommendation. Rubbish is not managed properly, each of the tenant leaving was forgetting some items. After 6 months the back garden was full of useless things. The owner of the agency is actually nice but the employee who was dealing with the house I was living in, just wasn't handling it the way he should have.... Read more

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional, I tried to arrange a viewing told them my days off so only for them to book the viewing on a day I had work. I left them an email 5 days in advanced to let them know I cannot make it, they called me on the day of the supposed viewing asking where I was claiming they never got the email. So we rearranged the viewing for 2 days later at the same time of 12:00 (my day off) Unfortunately a work meeting ran over time and I was running late so I phoned them to let them know only for them to tell me I didn't have a viewing today at all as no one had pencilled it in on there callender. So I've now waisted travel fair too and from because they can't read emails or do basic communication. So I told them I will not be viewing the property at all as I don't want to deal with them. Funny thing is they just called me 5 mins before me making this review to ask if I'm still coming for my viewing today at 5pm. So I was just plain ignored.... Read more

An absolutely terrible letting agent. I strongly suspect that the five star reviews on this site are written by Kenneth Lloyds, and are therefore extravagant lies. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, do NOT give your hard-earned cash to this lot. The London housing market is average at best but this is NOT an excuse for the shoddiness of Kenneth Lloyds. The flat was absolutely filthy when I moved in, I was told my room would be cleaned beforehand but this was 100% not the case. The agents let themselves into the property at all hours without knocking and without notice, then claimed this was acceptable since we were all renting separate rooms on separate contracts. It's disgusting and made us all feel extremely unsafe. When things were broken or badly in need of a simple repair, my emails were often ignored or answered saying that they had other priorities in other flats. Their emails and communication were not only sporadic, but sometimes impossible to read or understand as the standard of English was so bad. They had a very quick staff turnover, which I was never surprised by if they treat their staff the same way they treat their tenants, which is with the utmost disrespect. The agents were almost certainly pretending that the flat was not being rented out in order to avoid paying extra tax on the property, we received post threatening legal action which Kenneth Lloyds did not care about. This made us feel unsafe and conned. The agents threatened me verbally. I was astounded to get out of this situation with my sanity intact. Do NOT rent with Kenneth Lloyds, take your business elsewhere. P.S: Responding to all your negative Google Reviews claiming that the reviewer has got the wrong company is gaslighting and fools nobody.... Read more

The worst in terms of cutomer service. Travelling from Basingstoke to London to do a viewing. I was on my way and and received a message that someone paid the deposit. I was stuck nad had to come back from london in teh next train. Atleast be decent enough to show the property. A bunch of losers truely. Never waste a customers time please.... Read more

I booked a viewing with Kenneth but got cancelled the following morning. I canceled an some plan for that viewing. Was left disappointed. But not sure why I'm getting promotional emails from them. Really frustrating. Also reading their reviews, I'm kinda glad I didn't move in with them. They seem very sketchy. I also didn't like that Imran dude. I asked him several times if he would WhatsApp me. I spoke to his colleague who was however acting like a sales man though I didn't get the room.... Read more
